Ta'Liyah Jackson

"Oh my gosh." I said as my alarm for school went off.

I slowly opened my eyes looking at the time on my phone.

"L get up I'm not waiting on you this time." I heard Trevor say through my door.

I rolled my eyes mocking him in my head. I quickly flipped the covers off of me and approached my shower with drowsy eyes.

After my shower I lotion myself up and got dressed after slicking my hair in low ponytail. I made my way downstairs to the kitchen seeing my fat head cousin looking in the fridge.

"Good morning." I spoke.

He nodded at me. "You sleep good, lazy ass lil girl?" He looked back at me.

"Shut up you ready since you wanna' rush people?" I said grabbing a granola bar.

"Yep the keys right here, let's go." He dangled the keys in my face and bust a 360 to the door.

"We gotta pick up Chris." Trev said pulling out the driveway.

I rolled my eyes following Trev outside to the car. I broke open my wrapper to my granola bar and just slipped in my seat relaxing myself. As we pulled off towards Chris house my phone vibrated from a call.

'Hello?'

'Good morning baby' I heard King's sleepy voice through the phone.

I smiled. 'Hey, you just getting up?'

I heard Trev fake gag on the side of me while I stuck my tounge out at him.

'Nah I just got out the shower I was wondering did you want something from Starbucks?'

'Yeah you already know what I want thank you.' I smiled even though he couldn't see it .

'Alright I'll see you at the school baby' he said ending the call.

"Y'all so cute." Trevor said in a mocking tone.

I rolled my eyes at him as we pulled into Chris driveway. "You just a hater that's all." I said looking in the mirror applying my gloss.

"Wassup nigga." Chris said dapping up Trev while getting in the car.

"Hey lil mama." He greeted as we made our way to school.

"My name is Ta'Liyah not lil mama, thank you." I said not even looking at him.

I heard Trevor chuckle as I was ready for this ride to be over with.

"Trust me you don't want him." I laughed but being dead serious. My cousin is hoe. I love him though.

"Why don't I?" She pouted like a child at me.
