I jolt up.

"07!"

I get tackled in a hug by Levy. I stay still.

"What is the matter, Levy?"

"Nothing 07, I'm just glad you're awake."

I blink and stare at her, "What occurred while I was powered off?"

She slightly shakes her head. "Laxus...he just returned and didn't know about you. He...attacked you."

I tilt my head, "The man with the scar on his eye?"

Levy nods.

I place my hand over my neck. There were bandages.

Waste of material for this won't heal me.

"I understand, we are enemies after all."

I look up at Levy. She tenses and leaves the room. Not even 10 seconds after she leaves, Natsu bursts through the door and literally jumps on top of me. My eyes widen and he lands on top of me.

"N-Natsu?"

"You idiot...

I blink and held still. He seems to be more gentle.

"What happened to you? I found you shaking and hyperventilating in the woods! Your eyes were blank! I was...I was-"

"Happy," I confirm.

Natsu stares at me as if I was crazy.

"No! I was scared. Why would I be happy?"

I blink and tilt my head, "Do you not want to get rid of me?"

Natsu thinks on this question. I gasp a bit.

"W...Why are you hesitating?"

Natsu exhales and tightens his grip.

"I'm...glad you're safe."

I do not understand. Why? Why is he...so soft towards me?

"Arigato...Natsu."

Natsu stayed with me the rest of the day.

Day and night.

We talked for hours.

It was...nice.

"Natsu! Locking up the guild. Leave when you like, ok?"

Natsu nods at Mirajane and she leaves the room. The only light in the room was a little candle next to the bed.

"Are you going home soon Natsu?"

He shakes his head, "I'm staying with you."

Warmth swarmed my cheeks. He gives me an attractive smile.

"You're blushing."

I jump a bit and stick my face back into my book trying to hide my face.

"I am...not."

He chuckles and lays his head on my lap.

The more I am around these people, I am acting strangely everyday.

These people...they are mages, maybe they've put a spell on me?

No...

They would have destroyed me.

I look up from my book and look down at Natsu.

Why have they not gotten rid of me yet?
