Birthday exception

I woke up to a unusual heavy weight around my body. I turned over to see Namjoon, peacefully sleeping. I didn't want to ruin his sleep. He was smiling. His cute little dimples were showing just as they did when we were kids. My eyes then widened 'ITS NAMJOONS BIRTHDAY!!!' My kind was screaming to me. I totally forgot about today! I slowly moved his arms off me causing him to groan.

Namjoon: where do you think your going?

He said pulling my wrist back. I slapped his hand away from mine

Y/n: I have something to do...

I said coldly. I felt bad but I wanted to make him a suprise for his birthday. I rushed to my sports car in the garage. Not even caring that I literally was wearing leggings, Namjoons hoodie and had messy hair. I drove to my dads house and immediately changed clothes.

I put this on and out my hair in a bun with a headband. I our a apron on over my shirt and then immediately called Seokjin.

Seokjin: Ah!!! Y/n! It's been so long I missed you!

Y/n: Jin~ I miss you too! Hey it's your brothers birthday today!

Seokjin: yes the party is tonight.

I mumbled a small yes sound.

Seokjin: What is the reason of this call then?

Y/n: welll..... Can you take a picture of that recipe of my grandmothers of that cake and send it to me please. I know you have her cook book since you were using it.

Seokjin: Ah baking a cake for him..? Since when has miss Lee y/n been getting along with my brother?

He chuckled.

Y/n: I just want to do something nice~

Seokjin: Alright I'll send the picture is that all?

Y/n: Yesss

Seokjin: Alright love you bye~

Y/n: love you bye!~

I miss Seokjin so much I can't wait to see him tonight. He was always like my older brother. I then looked at my phone and saw a text from Taehyung.

Are you alright..? About last night..

Yes I'm fine. Are you coming to the party tonight?

I immediately averted my eyes to Seokjin a text. I looked at the picture and went straight to baking.

~6 hours later~

I remember how Namjoon always like the see and catching crabs as a kid, so I made his cake like this.

I covered the cake to protect it then drove crazily back to his apartment. The party started in 3 hours so I had a lot of time. I rushed I to the apartment.

Y/n: Namjooooon~
I smiled walking in but that smile turned into a big frown when I saw him kissing another girl.

Y/n: S-Sorry...

I quickly placed the card and cake on the table and ran out. When I got in my car I looked at the tears begging to fall from my face. I noticed I had flour all over my face too. I rubbed my eyes and then took the sleeve of my shirt to get the flour off. I drove to my dads house to pick a dress since Namjoon had "company...".

My ex came over to talk about some things.. I couldn't hold back but kiss her because if the sexy attire she was wearing. She knew I liked those clothes on her. Right in that moment Y/n walked in... my eyes widened at the small white and blue covered thing in her hand.

"S-Sorry..."
she said placing the items on the counter. It was a cake... I felt bad... she looked like she worked hard on it, she even had flour all over her face. How cute! I chuckled at my stupidness if thinking things went back to normal after this morning... she just wanted to suprise me. I jumped off Soo- Yan and chased after Y/n... but she was already in her car driving off . I went back inside to a very pissed woman staring me down.

Namjoon: Get out.

I said coldly. She left in anger. I then took my time to take the white lace cover off the cake... WOAH! She did all this?! She remembered I like the sea... I smiled at the thought. I took out the card and started to read:

Happy birthday Joonie!
I hope your 24th birthday is good, I can't
Wait for the party tonight. See you there!

This made me feel even worse about what she saw...
