Part 10

  Several minutes have passed and am still sitting next to the bed where Colby lays. I rested my head on my hands and Sam is doing the same.
'Alice, Sam' I hear Colby say. I look up so fast and the tears are filling up my eyes. Colby his eyes are open, and he is looking at me and Sam. 'Bro you scared me' Sam said also with tears in his eyes. Colby moves his head to me and looked at me. I was still holding his hand and now he is holding my hand to. 'don't cry' Colby said to me there escaped a little smile from my face. 'What happened dude' Sam asked Colby and I also really wanted to know the awnser. 'I was in the car with Brennen, wait Brennen where is he' Colby said while he started to stress. 'Colby you need to stay calm' I try to calm him. The door opend and a nurse came walking in. She asked me and Sam to leave, so she can run some test. I did not want to leave Colby but Sam pulled me with him.
I and Sam were standing on the hallway, and I am also wondering how Brennen is doing. I have never seen him this worse. Seeing him laying there in the bed breaks my heart.
The nurse opened the door and closed it behind her. 'He needs rest, you both talked to him now its better to let him rest' She said and left us. WHAT I need to leave, no I want to stay by Colby. I looked at Sam, I saw that he did not want to leave Colby here. Sam opened the door and stick his head in side. He says 'Colby we need to leave because you need to rest, but we will come back tomorrow morning i promise' 'okay bro' Colby said. Sam wanted to close the door but I want to say one more thing. 'Colby I love you' I said and Colby said 'I love you to, I love you so much'. I closed the door and I could feel tears forming in my eyes but I did not want to cry again. 'Do you wanna sleep at my place? So you're not alone' Sam asked me. 'Yeah sure, I first wanna see Brennen' I told Sam and I walked over to the room where Brennen lays. I stand in front of the door, but I am to scared to I turnt around and walk away. 'Wait you wanted to see Brennen right?' Sam asks. 'Yeah I did, but I am scared, so just lets go' I said, and we walked down.
We walked to Sam his car and I get in. I close the door and I put my seat belt on. Sam did the same and started his car and drove back to his house.
We got the the house and Sam parked his car. I get out of the car and walk with Sam to the front door. Sam opens the front door and let me in. 'I have not yet told the roommates about what happened to Colby, so I got to call them all down stairs and tell them. I also need to explain why you are here are you okay that I tell them or you tell them that you and Colby are dating. By the way I am happy for you and Colby' Sam said. 'Yeah that's fine with me they were going to find out sooner or later'
Sam called all the roommates down stairs, and we sat down. Corey already asked what's wrong because he obvious saw our faces and you could tell that we both cried.
'Guys, Colby got into a car crash today with Brennen, I and Alice just came back from the hospital' Sam said. 'What, what happened' Jake said. 'We do not know yet' Sam said. 'How is he doing' Corey asked. 'He lost a lot of blood, and he broke a rib, Colby needs to rest that why we were sent away' I tell them. 'Yeah, Alice called me and told me what happened and i rushed to the hospital' Sam said. All the roommates were shocked and did not know what to say. 'Did you guys talk to him?' Aaron asked me and Sam. 'Yeah we did but not for long' Sam says. 'You said that he go tinto a car crash with Brennen, how is he doing' Devin asked me. 'Brennen is doing worse, much worse then Colby' I tell Devin. 'And the reason why I am here is because I and Colby are dating, not long, but we are' I tell all the roommates. 'Yeah and I could not leave you alone' Sam said. 'congrats with Colby I guess' Jake said. 'yeah thanks, this is not the way I or Colby wanted that you guys found out' I tell them.
Everybody went back to their room but Jake, Sam and I stayed down stairs. 'Did you eat yet?' Sam asked me. I just realized that I did not eat yet and that I am hungry 'no' I said short. 'should we just order pizza' Sam asked. 'yeah that fine with me' I tell Sam. 'Jake you also want some pizza?' Sam asked Jake. 'sure' Jake said. Jake put on the tv and I looked around on my phone. No fans know about it yet, I think that were going to keep it quiet until Brennen is getting better. I put my phone away and tried to focus on the tv but it was not working. I only could only think about Colby and Brennen. I can see Brennen saying in that bed with all the wounds. I can never unseen that.
After a while the pizza came and we eat it. I real was hungry now.
After the pizza I and Sam went upstairs to go to bed. 'you can sleep in Colby's room, if that's okay with you' Sam told me. 'Yeah I am fine with that' I tell him. 'Okay good, goodnight and tomorrow were going to Colby, if you need anything just ask' Sam said, and he want into his room. I walk into Colby his room, its the second time I am here but this time without Colby. I look around and i found a shirt from Colby to were. I take of my clothes and put on the shirt from Colby. I get into Colby his bed and put the cover over me. It smells like Colby. I check my phone and then went to sleep.
