"So when did you get there?" Agent McCall asked the five teenagers in the police station. After the night's activities involving the bomber William Barrow trying to kill Kira with Scott, Stiles, Elle and Lydia at the scene of the crime, they were all taken into questioning.
"At the same time." Stiles answered him honestly.
"At the same time as who?"
"At the same time as me." Scott told his dad.
"By coincidence?"
"What do you mean coincidence?" Stiles prodded.
"That's what I'm asking you. The two of you arrived at the same time. Was that coincidence?"
"Are you asking me?" Scott asked.
Stiles turned to his friend. "I think he's asking me."
"I think he's asking the both of you." Lydia quipped to the teenage boys from her position at the side next to Elle.
"Okay, let me answer the questions. Let me ask the questions. Just so I have this absolutely clear. Barrow was hiding in the chemistry closet at the school. Someone left him a coded message on the blackboard telling him to kill Kira. Then Barrow took Kira to a power substation and tied her up with the intent of electrocuting her, which blacked out the entire town." Agent McCall summed up.
"Sounds about right." Elle agreed.
"How did you know he'd take her to a power station?"
"Well, 'cause he was an electrical engineer. So where else would he take her?" Stiles answered.
"That's one hell of a deduction there, Stiles."
"Yeah, what can I say? I take after my pops. He's in law enforcement." Stiles winked and pointed to his dad who tried to hide a smirk.
"Stiles, just, uh...Just answer the man." Sheriff told his son.
