Glerys sat at the edge of her bed, memories of her childhood before she ran away making their way into her mind. She rubbed her forehead to try and shake the memory, it didn't work.

The hurtful words her biological mother said to her played in her mind. Casey always tried her best to help get rid of those memories but to no avail.

She felt tears running down her cheeks as she tried to think of something else, but the memories would always come back. She took a deep breath before standing up from her bed and going to Gotham to get fresh air and to try to get rid of the memories.

She felt tears running down her cheeks as she tried to think of something else, but the memories would always come back. Taking a deep breath before standing up from her bed and go to Gotham.

She reached a park on the farther side of the city, she sat down on a bench, sniffing softly as she tried to calm down, but no matter what she couldn't.

Robin jumped around like a bird as he patrolled. He suddenly heard sniffing and small gasps. Turning the corner he saw Glerys crying her eyes out. He slowly walked over to her before Sitting down he wrapped her in a hug.

Glerys flinched at the sudden contact and tensed up, but stayed there. "Its ok, " he whispered to her.

Glerys closed her eyes and cried silently, slowly wrapping her arms around Robin, her fingers shaking.

Robin hugged her as if he was a shield, protecting her from harm with a single hug.

Once she calmed down a little, she asked with a shaking voice, "Y-you don't even know me, so why are you here caring?"

"It's my job to care, and I'm pretty good at since I care about everyone, " Robin smiled.

"It must be nice to feel loved by lots of people," Glerys she whispered with a small smile.

"Not all the time, " Robin told her, "I have only a few people I'm close with."

"I only have one left," She smiled, "my best friend, she's like an older sister to me. She's been with me since we really young when..." She stopped talking, thinking about her mother.

Robin tilted his head but stayed quite knowing that sometimes it's better to leave things at that. For some reason, she felt safe, even though she was hugging one of the guys that tried to capture her and Casey.

Robin rubbed her back gently while Glerys debated whether or not to make a run for it before she falls asleep or stays there. Robin knew what she was thinking, so he gave her an exit if she chose to run.

'Fuuuuuuuuuck, I'm going to probably pass out soon! What if I pass out on the way home? If I stay, is there a chance he finds out who I am? Am I bothering him?' Thoughts ran through her head.

"I can carry you home if you fall asleep, " Robin offered.

"Thank you, for comforting me, but I don't want to bother you any longer," She stood up and smiled sweetly at him.

"You're not, but at least let me make sure you get home safely."

Glerys looked at him with tired eyes, "F-fine."

Robin picked her up, "Direct me Sleeping Beauty."

"Alright, Prince Charming," Glerys said with a cute giggle. Robin smiled as he let Glerys direct him to her house.

They made jokes along the way and laughed together. When they got there Casey opened the door.

Casey looked at Robin surprised. "Hi?" Casey said a little unsure.

"I came to make sure Sleeping Beauty got home safely," Robin said, motioning to Glerys who was smiling nervously at Casey.

Casey smirked, "Well Prince Philip thank you for taking her home."

"Put down the princess!" Glerys playfully demanded. Robin laughed as he put her down.

"Now bow down to thee!" Glerys was trying her hardest to keep in her giggles.

Casey, however, was giggling like crazy as she and Robin bowed. Glerys laughed and patted their heads.

"O-ok! You need to come inside to eat, " Casey laughed out.

"Fine," Glerys smiled brightly at Robin.

"I hope to see you again upon a dream, " Robin smiled.

Casey smiled as she watched her friend say goodbye and close the door. "You can't talk to woodland creatures, so don't even think about bringing home an owl, " Casey smirked.

"Shhhhh," Glerys glared playfully at Casey.

Casey laughed, "I ain't sowing a dress either."

Glerys chuckled and shook her head, "I'm going to sleep.

"Don't sleep for 100 years!"

"Can't promise anything if I get too comfortable!"

"Ha!"

Glerys ran up to her room and jumped into bed, falling asleep the moment her head hit the pillow.
