grayson woke up to his phone buzzing, it was only 3:00 am but he couldn't help but feel a little excited every time he felt his phone buzz. despite the time, he quickly unlocked his phone and read the message that brit had said...
"Hey, Grayson, here are the important details for now. my besties name is jay, short for Jennie. she and I are both 16 years old. she has platinum blonde hair, green eyes and has a love for anything musical. she's a little feisty, but she has a heart of gold. here's a pic of her:)".

"btw shes got contacts in here but her eyes are usually green and her hair is not actually short it was a wig". Brit said at he end of the message.
Grayson was stunned. She was gorgeous. She looked so innocent and adorable, he couldn't wait to meet her. Grayson replied with "she's very cute, keep me up to date if anything changes thanks Brit". Brit instantly replied with "when are you coming?". Grayson replied with "on the 15th if November, it's a Thursday, but I will be meeting you all on the Friday because of jet lag". Grayson said nervously waiting for a response. Brit replied with "OMG GRAYSON THIS IS PERFECT!!!!!!!!!". Grayson was confused until he got the next message saying "JENNIE HAS A SHOW ON THAT NIGHT THAT YOU SHOULD SURPRISE HER AT!!! HER BAND ID CALLED A LITTLE RECKLESS AND THEYRE PLAYING A FEW SONGS!!!! THIS WILL BE THE PERFECT PLACE TO SURPRISE HER WHEN SHES ON FIRE". Brit replied sounding extremely excited. Grayson replied with "of course I'll meet her there, it sounds fun, I'm sure Ethan and I will love it!". Brit said, "okay cool, I'll send you the address and I'll see you in a week!". Grayson said, "cool see you". Brit said ":)".
Grayson couldn't wait to see this girl, especially now that she could perform. She sounded awesome. In the background, Grayson heard stirring. It was Emma and Ethan, they were waking up. It was only 4:20 am. Emma sat up and said, "why are you awake so early gray?". Ethan nodded and said "yeah bro it's like 4 am". Grayson replied sheepishly "I was talking to the girls best friend that won the competition". Emma instantly stood up and jumped in the air not giving a shit if she woke up James. She said, "bitch show me what she looks like!". Grayson showed her a photo and she said: "damn she's hot". Ethan reluctantly agreed now that Emma and Ethan were dating. grayson smiled and said, "yeah I know". emma started smirking gigantic at Grayson and said: "WE ARE GETTING YOU TWO TOGETHER NOW!!!". grayson said hesitantly "but we don't even know each other". emma said, "isn't that what this trip is for though?". grayson smiled and said, "yeah it is".
they all started laughing and asking each other about what they think Auckland will be like. they soon all fell asleep and Grayson decided that when he woke up tomorrow that he would buy something from LA for Britt and Jenny.
as soon as Grayson opened his eyes he jumped up and ran to the bathroom, phone in hand. he sat his phone on the vanity and went to shower.
he quickly showered and got out, getting dressed very quick. he messaged Britt and asked what kind of thing they'd want from LA as a souvenir.
Britt replied super quick with "well me and my friend are big rockers and so we'd appreciate a band tee or something if that's not too much to ask?". Grayson laughed at his phone. these girls really were like no other fans he'd ever talked to before. he replied with "haha absolutely no problem, what are your fav bands?". Britt replied with our main one from the USA are five finger death punch and iron maiden. Grayson didn't know who The Pretty Reckless were, but he certainly knew who iron maiden was. he decided on getting the! TPR tee as it was something different. he headed out of his house and googled a place where they'd sell things like that. he pulled up at the first shop and asked the man if they had any The Pretty Reckless t-shirts. he picked out two totally different one and decided which one he would pick especially for Jenny. he chose the first one for Britt and it was black oversized t-shirt with their logo in the middle in a box and red and white detailing around it. and then for Jenny, he picked one out that was pretty hot in his opinion. he paid for them and bought the same one that he bought for Jenny for himself because he thought it was really cool. he headed back home and showed then what he had bought. then thought, they were pretty cool and they enjoyed the rest of their week waiting for when they could go to travel to New Zealand... finally the time came. they had to take a 12-hour flight and trust me they weren't gonna enjoy being cooped up for that long. they arrived at the airport at 10:05 and went to get some food before they went to drop off their bags. after 40 minutes they were then called to board the plane to New Zealand. they soon fell asleep since they were tired and only did grayson wake up for 3 hours of the journey to watch some movies until they landed in auckland central airport in new zealand. they quickly got off the plane and went straight to the baggage claim. once they had gotten their bags grayson texted britt to tell her they were in the country.
