" I need to tell you something," I leaned in wispering "but not here."

  "What are you talking it about?" Nylah asked completely confused like the rest.

  "Just follow me." I gestured with my hand as I got up.

  I started to walk toward a broken rock wall that had an opening with leaves covering all around.

"You do realize that we have a party in an hour and the guest of honor needs to be there right?" Nylah questioned as she put her hands on her hips.

"Will be back before the party starts, I swear." I assured putting my hands up in surrender to prove my point.

"Very well..." Nylah sighed.

I started to walk forward to the entry that was in the middle. Since it was covered with leaves all over we had to move leaves and duck. Finally getting out I started to head into the forest which was not far away.

   After 20 minutes of walking we had finally made it. I'm sure you guys want to know where we are, and if you are not then... Umm I'm still going to tell you etheir way. It was a treehouse! This may seem childish, but we have been coming here since we were five. It was the time were we snuck out of the castle to "explore" the land. Our parents never knew about it, so we always come here when we need to hide from everyone.

We all climed the lader with dresses on (awesome I know) except Kyle of course. As we got into the tree house we sat down on the white with arrows rug that was beneth us. The room was nicely decoreted with paintings made by Nylah while there was a sofa on the corner. We also had fairy light hanging from the walls.On the shelves were my collection of books while on the other side Kyle kept his toy cars of when he was little.

"So what is this big secret that we had to come here for?" Kyle mockingly gestured.

  "Kyle stop mocking her." Nylah rolled her eyes.

"Yes Kyle stop it!" I teased shaking my head from one side to another.

"No you stop it!" Kyle childishly explained.

"Both of you stop it!" Astrid out bursted.

  "You don't have to be that mean." Both Kyle and I mumbled.
 
Astrid just rolled her eyes annoyed.

"Okay so etheir way let's get back to what I was going to say before I was rudely interrupted." I glared at Kyle who just seemed to have moved closer to Astrid.

"So you know how not one of us has found our mates yet," I hesitated "well..."

"Well what!?!" Nylah exclaimed inpationtily.

"Well guys I think I found my mate!" I blurted out.

As soon as I said those words all of their faces fell. Astrid turned pale, Nylah had her mouth opened,and the funniest of all, Kyle's face! He did not move at all not even to breath. I got worried that he may not be breathing due to shock.

"Kyle are you alright!" I stood up to shake him.

  "Did I hear correctly?" Nylah slowly stood.

"What?" I asked confused.

"Omg! You found your mate!" Astrid broke in.

"Dang Kenzie!" Kyle finally snapped from his trance. Good thing he's still alive. If  he had died then who would I annoy.

"I can't believe it!" Nylah cheerfully exaggerated.

"You are the first to find your mate!" Kyle exploded.

"Well actually that's not true..." Astrid reluctantly wispered.

We all were able to hear her as we all turned around to look at her with a confused look on our faces.
