It was all just a dream

Loki's pov

Dust, that's all I see, just going by me. I walk along everything, as I see everyone just leave like this. I kept looking around hoping to find Tony or at least Peter, I started to pick up my pace when I heard soft crying, I kept running till I saw someone wearing a red, blue, black and golden suite. I went a bite closer my eye widen at the person i saw it was.....PETER!!

"Loki!!" I ran over to him as he wrapped his arms around me tightly, he was crying. I could tell something was wrong, I kept holding him. "Loki I don't feel so good." His legs started to give out making him fall closer to my chest, "it's gonna be alright Peter I promised, just try to stay claim, deep breaths." "Please, please, please, Loki I don't want to go. I don't want to go." My eyes widen, I know what he means. He's turning to dust. I placed him down gently on a rock my hands don't leave him.

"Loki, I love you." The last words he said as he started to turn to dust, "nononononononono!! Peter please, first mother, father, brother, my dear friend Tony, and now you? Please, please, please don't leave. Please. Please! PLEASE! PLEASE PETER!!"

Jumping almost out of my bed as swat starts to drop down my forehead. I looked over at the time, 3:19, 'it was just a dream, just a dream. Everything is back to the way it is, everyone is alive.' I let out a sigh as my hand runs threw my rave hair, I got out of my bed and ran towards my door, once opened I ran down the hall to Peter's room.

I looked at the door and reached out for the knob, my hand shaking, why am I so scared? Am i that scared to see that he is gone? Am I really that scared to know I couldn't save him? What is wrong with me!?

I shouldn't be doing this, I shouldn't even be here at his door. Letting out another sigh I pulled my hand back and started to head back to my room, but I stopped, I stopped when I heard quite cry's coming from Peter's room. Without thinking I opened the door and ran over to his bed, I turned his bedside lamb on to get a better look, he was tossing and turning, sweat dripping down his forehead. I grabbed his hand and held it close to me, he was having a nightmare about me. Getting killed. Right in front. Of Him. I used my magic to wake him up.

He almost jumped out of bed if I wasn't there, "hey it's okay, it was just a dream. Your okay, I'm okay." Peter didn't say anything, he just jumped in my arms and I knew he wasn't planning on letting go anytime soon. "I know what you were dreaming about, please now that I'm fine, I'm here. Please don't cry anymore," Peter nuzzled his head in my chest, tightening his grip on my arms. "Loki c-can you st-stay here forth-the night?" I looked down at Peter, he looked at me in the eyes begging for me to say yes. "I guess it couldn't hurt to stay here for the night."

I pulled the covers up, me and Peter laid our heads down on the pillow, Peter moved closer to me and wrapped his arms around my neck and nuzzled his head closer to my chest. I placed my head on top of his, I wrapped my arms around him and kept him close. I felt my eyes about to close till I felt lips pressed against my chin. I looked at Peter with widening eyes, "I love you Loki." I looked at him but smiled, "love you too." I closed my eyes and fell asleep to only hear Peter's quite breaths.

3rd person's pov

"Has anyone seen Loki or Peter this morning?" Everyone shook their heads no, Tony sighed. "Man of Iron, you may want to see this." Thor waved his hand over to the man of iron meaning he wanted him to follow the god of thunder. Thor leads Tony to Peter's room, opening the door Tony's mouth fell to the ground when he saw Loki and Peter cuddling in Peter's bed. Tony was ready to get Loki away from his son, Tony his hand on Loki's shoulder only to have it smacked away by Loki himself, Tony watched as Loki tighten his grip on Peter.

Tony watched as Loki kept Peter close, "alright fine Loki, I'll let you have this. But when you and Peter wake up I'm talking to both of you." Tony walked passed Thor mumbling things, Thor walked over to his brother and to the spider child. "Get some rest you two, good night little brother, good night spider child." Thor closed the door as he left the two of them alone.
