Chapter 2

Hooks POV

I finally have my girl. I tried to forget last night. After she left I had felt awful. I hadn't meant to rush things. I hoped she knew that.

"Elsa." Regina said. My body went stiff. I had heard that name before.

"Her parents are dead you say?" I asked.

"Yes hook, are you deaf?" she said coldly. I hadn't figured out why she's so cold to me today.

"I think I knew her. Her parents I mean." I said softly. Emma looked up at me. I looked up to see I had everyone's attention.

"I'm afraid there was an accident aboard my ship." I said in a hushed tone. Emma took a step away from me quickly.

"They died on your ship?" She said, her eyes wide.

"Storm. I hadn't harmed them in any way." I said trying to make sure it was known I didn't attack them. Emma looked down sadly and up and again. Her and her mother shared the same look and I knew they had a plan.

"So what's the deal with her? Why doesn't she want her sister finding her." Emma said, obviously trying to change the subject. Regina stood silent, which was a first.

None of us knew why she was here. I turned and looked down on Emma. She looked up at me and smiled, which made me feel the need to grab her and kiss her. Which of course I didn't.

Henry walked in and we all turned to him.

"Hey guys. What's going on?" he said. He seemed to notice there was something important going on.

"Nothing kiddo." Regina said, taking him and walking out the door. I took Emma's hand and guided her outside.

"What's up." she said, noticeably uncomfortable.

"Are you okay?" I said reaching out and holding her hand. She sighed and I could tell she relaxed.

"Yea, I just feel like such a kid after what happened last night." she said turning slightly pink in her cheeks. I smirked and lifted her chin with my gloved hand.

"Take all the time you need love." I said smiling. she smiled up and me and pecked my lips.

"I was stupid. I don't need time. I'm happy with how things are now, and it's not like I'm a virgin." she laughed.

"No really, take your time love. You probably couldn't handle it." I said smirking. I knew that would get her.

"Oh very funny pirate." She laughed and pulled my body next to hers. I felt the smirk leave my lips and she brushed her lips against mine teasingly.

"That's what you said when I first kissed you." She whispered. I looked into her beautiful eyes and reminded myself for the 100th time how lucky I was.

"Let's go out tonight." I said giving her a charming smile.

"Oh you think you'll get lucky." she laughed. I shrugged my shoulders and she gave me a sneaky grin before walking off.

God I love her.
