As redwood awoke from his sleep he noticed something moving in the dark outside of the ship's window. He awoke the others and showed them it. The three of them stared out of the window gazing at the large thing bobbing about on the water. It almost looked like a boat. No no not a boat private redwood thought to himself. It looks more like a raft. Then a light appeared out of the dark and as one of the survivors was looking through a telescope he seen the face of what appeared to be an animal standing on a thick wooden raft. "Aliens!" He said in surprised. Then they notices more rafts floating in the water which they all had plainly been bound and tied together to make one big raft which was roughly about the size off quarter of a football field! There were about 10 aliens, some looking different from another and it appeared to be two separate race of aliens that looked similar but different at the same time. Then the three of our survivors noticed that the aliens appeared to be brandishing primitive weapons like no human has ever made. There were big long poles with big metal tools on the ends. On one end there was a sharp piece of met that was attached tightly to the end which didn't really shock me as much as what was on the other end. It was a giant chunk of metal that looked like it weighed tonnes but one end of the metal had giant sharp bayonets that had been melted on the flat surface of the metal while the other end was hammered to a point. Suddenly a cry came from the bounded rafts. It was a war cry. " Get the LMG's out boys we are going to have to defend the ship." Redwood said in a brief tone of voice. Two giant light machine guns were lifted from the crates they were kept in. They loaded them up with ammunition and put them on the balcony of the ship which floated across the water peacefully. Then out of nowhere a giant bolder flew across the ship and landed in the water right behind it. Redwood got on the machine gun and fired at the aliens.
