When You Cross the Lines

Chapter 2

"Great."

I change back into my wolf form to seem less suspicious. Then I smelled it, the most beautiful scent. mint and pine. Piper is bouncing around in my head saying one thing that makes my world crumble.

"Mate!"

No!, I didn't want this, I don't want to find my mate, AND I don't want anyone to find out my secret. I don't want to be put in danger, and I don't want anyone or any pack in danger because of me. But there is no stopping it now.

Then I see them. There is five wolves that show up. They are all big and their eyes are piercing into mine. I normally wont be scared, but I know all of them have high ranks in the pack because of there smells and size. But I keep up my stare until the alpha comes. My world just keeps crumbling even more. It's because that wonderful smell I smelled earlier is coming from him.

The alpha is big, and when I mean big, I mean big. He is two times the size of me in wolf form. and even though I am a shifter, I'm not fighting off all of them. So I do the only thing I can think of, and no that is not running. I put my tail between my legs and bow my head in submission.

None of them moved, at least I don't think... but then I look up but still held my tail between my legs, but to my surprise they all were back in human form with shorts on. Their eyes are glazed over so they must be mind linking each other.

The alpha that is my mate stepped forward, the others on the other hand took out knives but stayed where they were. The alpha started to advance at a very short pace but I still stepped back, whimpering. the alpha looked slightly hurt but covered it up quickly.

"Don't worry, we won't hurt you, as long as you don't attack us." He stated calmly.

I was a little startled but looked at the others, than back to the alpha. His eyes held sincerity to his words so I decided to change back. I had to trust that they won't hurt me. To be honest I don't want to attack if I don't have to.

When I change back I cover myself with my back facing them. I am still on the floor with my legs at an angle, then I turn my head and open my eyes to see the forest green ones of my mate.

That's when I get a good look at him. He is tall and has tan skin that slightly glowed in the sun light. He also has brown hair, that matched with his forest green eyes. He is really fit too, with big muscles, but I guess you have to be when your the alpha. I didn't want to be caught staring so I looked down at the green grass but the alpha started to speak.

"What are you doing in our territory.....Rogue."

I flinched at the name. I hate being called that but I guess its true.

What am I going to do now......

A/N This is the second chapter hope you like it. I finished this yesterday but I had to revise it and I just didn't have the time plus I had homework and soccer, but here it is. I'm going to do June's mates 'POV'. I thank every reader that I have, and I hope to see you in the next chapter! Bye!
