"Come to the mall with me and Noah today" Iris says. "I don't have any money." I tell Iris not understanding that my family isn't as wealthy as hers. "Just ask your mom, silly." "I'll try but I doubt she will give me anything." I say. "We'll see you soon!" Iris says and hangs up. -that was Iris my best friend that also has a wealthy family. I don't and Iris doesn't seem to understand that I can't just ask my mom for 100 dollars and her to say "Of course it's fine and don't worry about the change." My mom would say "hahahahahahahahahhaha NO are you kidding me did you really think I would give you 100 dollars. Here's a penny get yourself a tooth pick, you have something in your teeth."-
I go down stairs and see my mom putting the laundry basket on the table. "Let me help with that." I say. "No! I'm fine." "Do you think I can't fold laundry?" I say very offended. "Yep." "Wow. Thanks for being honest." I say. "Now what do you want?" My mom asks. "It's just......no it's stupid." I say. "Nothing my daughter says is stupid." My mom says. "Well in that case can I have I don't know a few dollars?" I say. "Ha! No!" "Please mom please." I say looking at her with puppy dog eyes. "No. If you want money make it yourself." My mom says. " I'm 15 I can't exactly get a job." "Well then make a lemonade stand."  "I'm not 7 mom." I say. "I did a lemonade stand when I was 18." My mom says. "It's not 1786 anymore mom."
I say.  "We have lemons in the fridge." "Fine."🙄

Time skip

I sit down on the foldable chair. "Lemonade, lemonade a dollar a cup."

5 mins later

Literally no one wants this lemonade and I don't blame them it's gross.
"Are you 7 because you would be a very tall 7 year old."  "Haha very funny."   "Why are you exactly having a lemonade stand?" Finn asks. "Well Iris and Noah are going to the mall and I need money."  "Why don't you just go window shopping?"   "Because what's the fun in that?"I say.  "Alright here you go." Finn hands me a 20 dollar bill.  "Wow thanks!" I say. "Enjoy your shopping." Finn says and then pats me on the head and runs off.-that's Finn. Iris's cute,smart,kind,dark soul but also party animal at the same time,cute oh and did I say cute? Okay okay I might have a tini tiny crush on him and I might have had this crush on him since we were kids but it's IRIS'S older brother.-    I hear a car pull up. I look up and see a nice white convertible. Iris and Noah are in it.  "GET IN THE MOTHER FING CAR RIGHT NOW BITCH!"- That's Noah. Your gay bff who just got his drivers license and probably shouldn't have.-   I jump in the car and Iris turns around and looks at me. "You see it's not that hard to get money if you just ask." She says and turns back around. I look at the 20 dollars Finn gave me. Noah speeds off to the mall.
