Chapter 1: Reunion And Meetings

December 31st, 2029, New Years.

A new age has begun people have advanced in technology since the year 2000. It has been 11 years since the incident occurred. This is the story of those who fought, to seek the truth and rebelled against the government. My name is Axel, I am 15 years old and I have joined I.S., the rebellion.

Chapter 1: Reunion And Meetings

"I just knew this was going to be an adventure Drak," Axel said, as he gave a small smirk with excitement.

"Yeah, yeah Axel, just remember there is no turning back now," Drak said while he threw his a cigarette butt on the ground and stomped it.

As Drak and Axel arrive at the entrance, they arrive at a dark alleyway with a graffiti wall facing them, it was covered in a peculiar design that resembled two swords crossing with the initials, S. T. Drak walks towards the wall, while Axel looks at him wondering what is he going to do. As he places his hand on both the initials, suddenly right between where the two swords meet a stream of bright light splits open reveal in a crowded group of people in a shopping area. Drak is amazed at whit what he has just witnessed as if he were in an entirely new world.

"This is the shopping district Axel" Drak smirked as he placed his hand on Axel's shoulder.

"Hey....um Drak?" Axel looks at Drak.

"What is it, Axel?" Drak looks at Axel while he holds his family's picture.

"Don't worry, you have me here, and you're gonna meet friends that are like family. I know you miss them, but you have to move on, remember they won't die in vain, well get who's responsible in time bud."

As they both step through the entrance and look around the shopping district, Axel is in awe as his eyes try to catch every moment of what he is witnessing. While they continue walking through, Drak notices that someone is watching them and he gives a slight smirk and nudges Axel.

"Someone's watching us," Drak says as he suddenly stops moving, he looks around for the suspect.

"Are you sure? There are tons of people here Drak." Axel tries to look around for any suspicious people in the crowd. " I don't really notice anyone dude".

"Oh I'm sure", suddenly Drak reaches into the crowd behind them and pulls out a young girl slightly older than Axel.

"Whoa!!, Dude, you can't just grab person like that..." Axel looks at the girl as his face goes slightly pale as if he's seeing a ghost again. " Say... Sayla, it can't be.." he takes a step back.

Sayla looks at Axel and screams with joy, as she tackles him to the ground in laughter. As they fall down on the hard steel ground, Drak starts to laugh. He looks at her with a smile that not even Drak has seen in 7 years.

"Oh my God!! Axel, I haven't seen you since your parents......died."

"It's ok Sayla, I've moved on from that and that why I'm here because starting today I'm a recruit at the academy."

Axel smiles and hugs her.

"Well then, guess I'll be seeing you there."

"Wait you're in the academy to Sayla?"

Sayla smiles and stands up and gives Axel a hand.

"Yup I joined last week."

"Hey, Sayla show Axel to the dormitories and find him, roommates." Drak says and walks off.

She Grabs Axel by his arm and drags him down the market to the academy. Axel looks at the bright bronze and platinum building.

"First we got to get you registered, so come on."

As they walk into the academy and head to the main office. Axel fills out a couple of reforms to get registered. They walk out the academy and head to the dorms. Axel receives his keys pass and it says Z482.

"Hey, can you help me find my room" Axel shows her his key pass.

"Ok follow me, Axel what are you going to train for at the academy."

"I don't know yet, I'll find out when I go there tomorrow."

Sayla waves her hand down the motion sensor control a gravity pad 5x3 descends.

As they get on she calls out,"5th floor please."

When they get out Axel looks around the isolated but peaceful hallway, he sees a plant pot with a small palm tree and a picture of the creator of Interspace. Sayla walks to room Z482 and looks at him with a smile.

"Hey guess what Axel?"

"What is it?"

Sayla takes out her key pass; she uses it on the lock and opens the door. A dark solid gray room with burgundy couches and a hover centerpiece table appears, with a holographic 3d projection from the wall and shows the news in New York. Axel looks at her and is shocked

"We're going to be roommates!!!!!"

"Huh...."

Axels looks pale at Sayla as his heart skips a beat.

She giggles."You heard me"

Axel facepalms"Super...."
