And so... The story continues...
-------
(Phineas' POV)
About 7 minutes later (What? I didn't count!) I heard the soft creak of the fence gait opening. I could make out the faint silhouette of Isabella walking toward the house.
" Hey Phin! Whatcha doin'?" I heard her whisper while staring up at me.
I laughed quietly, "Waiting for you to get here! Anyways I'll be right back."
I motioned for Izzy to stay where she was while crawled over to the window to his room, opened it slowly, and slipped inside. Checking to see if Ferb was still sleeping, I walked over to his bed and poked his side. He let out a loud snore and rolled over onto his side, confirming that he was still asleep. I headed out into the hallway and snuck past both my parents' and sister's rooms and walked down the stairs into the kitchen. Walking across the tiled floor, I headed for the basement stairs.
I strode forward before my foot caught on something and I lost my balance. I tried desperately in that moment to regain it but my sock-covered feet could get no traction. Therefore, I fell flat on my pointy nose. Let's just say it was pretty painful but I had no time to think about it. Quickly scrambling back onto my feet, I stood frozen in place for a minute silently praying that nobody heard me fall from upstairs. After I was sure everybody was still sleeping, I looked down to see what I had tripped over. Turns out, it was a certain teal platypus. Smiling, I picked Perry up.
"Sorry boy. Didn't see ya there. What are you doin' up so late anyways??" I whispered to my pet. Of course he didn't answer because he's a platypus; they don't do much. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed talking to him.
Platypus in hand, I finally made my way down to the basement steps and flicked the lights on downstairs. Honestly, I've never really enjoyed dark basements, especially when I'm trying to look for something. I saw the ladder in the far corner of the basement and I walked over to it, pushing the button on the side. This caused the whole thing to fold up until it was small enough to fit in my pocket. Now I'm glad Ferb and I installed the retractable function on it. It would have been painful trying to drag the full sized one through the house without making a sound.
I retraced my steps (skipping the part where I tripped over Perry of course, seen as I was still holding him) until I was back on the roof.
"Izzy! I'm back!" I called quietly, but I received no answer. I couldn't see her silhouette anymore either.
"Izzy?" Still no answer.
"Isabella??" Nothing.
Where could she have gone?

Hey guys! So this was part two. This story was only going to be split into two parts at first but now it'll be at least three, if not more. Oh and excuse the sucky cliff hanger in this chapter. Hahah! :)
Also I will be posting old unfinished PnF stories I wrote last year just to see what you guys think and if I should continue them.
Disclaimer: I'm not Dan or Swampy, therefore I still don't own Phineas and Ferb.
