| The Plan | CHAPTER 6

| Laurance POV |

"We need another plan to get them to spill the beans, but what..?" I've been impatient for the whole activity. I'm too eager to know what those Ro'maeve's are hiding.

"How about we tell 'em that we heard?" the albino suggested. Dante agrees on the solution. "How about we wait, its not good to threaten people y'know" I said. "You got a better idea?"

"I might."

I was sitting on a bench with the other two, watching the Ro'meave's playing, well, except Zane. He's just cheering for Aph, that counts.

We plan to separate them without any distractions.

At least if we're lucky enough.

I went after Garroth since we're both are best friends since highschool. Dante's after Vylad, I mean, their kinda close. And lastly Travis for Zane, cuz he's the last. I got no other reason for that.

I walk up towards Garroth and ask him to follow me to the bar. Of course, he did exactly what I asked.

As we arrive, he ordered some water for the both of us. I decided to make a move. "Hey Garroth, are you hiding something from me..?" He stunned for a second and said "N-no? Why w-would I?" "You've been acting weird this whole summer, and you never even wore a hat!" I stated. The blonde took a sip of his water and look at me with a slight nervous expression on his face.

I wonder what's he nervous about.

"It's just...something. I'll tell you when I'm ready, I promise," he said. I sighed and agreed "Promise".

We left the bar after that. Garroth still looking nervous. I hope it doesn't ruin our friendship now that I think of it...should I really continue this?

| Dante POV |

I brought Vylad to our dorm to talk it out. Not in a forceful way, just taking it smooth so he doesn't feel threaten. "What's up, Dante?" "Is there something you're...y'know..hiding?" I asked my best friend. He look down for a moment, thinking I supposed.

The room was filled with detERMINATION--

[ Take 2 ]

The room was filled with silence. Eventually, he raised his head up and gave me a worried impression.

"Sorry, Dante. But...its personal.." he said. I sighed in defeat, don't wanna rush him do I? "Its okay, I was worried anyways. You seem to act so different than you used to," I pointed out. He wasn't surprised the fact that I knew, guess he thought himself was acting differently, "Well, thanks for worrying about me, Dante. You're a great friend," he said with a small smile. I smiled back at him "Thanks, Vylad. Don't forget, if there's anything, just tell me" "Alright"
