Chapter 2

We stare at eachother for 5 seconds until I scream falling off the couch banging my head, Ow! I yelped rubbing my head. I look back at the window and Damon was Gone. I soon saw A dog which must have been his, It was a German Shepard. The dog stared at me tilting its head and I stared back until shaking my head getting up opening my front door closing it behind me and walking to Damons house.

I bang on the door immediately, but the door seem to be unlocked so I held my pepper spray that was in my pocket already and slowly walked in. I looked around and soon enough I was greeted by his dog running at me. I stand there before screaming high pitched falling back onto my butt backing away from the dog terrified. His dog seemed to have stopped In his tracks and stared at me confused. I felt someone staring down behind me and I turned around quickly holding out the pepper spray. There was Damon staring down at me calmly with a Tissue in his hand, I soon smelled Chloroform on it. Y-you were going to use chloroform on me?! I was About to spray the pepper spray at him, "Wait! Don't!" Damon backed off covering his face. "I was only going to use it just Incase you were going to try and attack me!" He dropped it showing he won't use it.

I stood up slowly backing up pointing the pepper spray backing up more into his house. Why were you staring at me through your window! I yelled at him, he stared at me "I-I just was shocked since I didn't k-know we were neighbors..." he averted his eyes away from my glare and I mumble. Okay Fine, I believe you for now. But Now I must get back to my house-, *Thunder Roars Outside* It started to rain outside and the raindrops were starting to get louder. A vision went through my mind quickly.

Thunder was roaring outside loudly while both my parents were banging on the door. There I was sniffling and crying under my bed covering my ears from the loud noises, Rain r-rain go a-Away.. come b-Back another d-day.. I was around 7, I'm terrified of thunder since I didn't have anyone there to comfort me during storms.

*Loud Pebbles start to hit the roof of Damons House* The visión ended quickly, I Yelp and Crouch cupping My ears in fear trying to calm down from the loud hail and raindrops outside. Damon stared at me confused until he realized the problem. He started to walk towards me and crouched down in front of me and slowly wrapped his arms around me in a hug, "Shhh...it will be alright, don't worry", He said In a soothing tone, I stayed in his arms scared but listened to Damons heartbeat which began to calm me and I closed my eyes soon falling asleep in his arms.

This was the first time I actually slept peacefully without a nightmare, I saw Damon again but this time we were holding hands but his face got closer and closer to my face...I didn't mind so I leaned in also and-

*Someone groans* I woke up but it felt different, I opened my eyes and I realized damon was only in his boxers and so was I and he was holding me close so I couldn't move away. My eyes widen and soon my mouth opened to deliver a scream, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!, Damon woke up instantly he soon let me go backing up until he fell off the bed causing a thud, "UGH! Owww.." He groaned sitting up rubbing his lower back, Where are my clothes!!! What did you do!!, "Calm Down! I didn't do anything! You fell asleep in my arms so I set you on my bed in your clothes but then you started sweating since you were hot so I decided to take them off for you! And I might have slept next to you..." Damon said flustered looking away, O-Oh..uh..weird...but...Thanks I Guess..., I clutched the blanket over my body not wanting to get out only in boxers, Don't just sit there! g-get me My Clothes!!, I Yelled out of embarrassment and Soon Damon got up quickly nodding and goes into his closet getting out my clothes and I watched him. He soon handed me my clothes and they seem to have been washed maybe he isn't as bad as I thought,I soon put on my shirt and pants and Damon was putting on his average clothes.

I looked outside and The rain was still pouring and I got up looking out the window and it was flooded outside and it was 4 feet up that if I went outside it would be up my waist which I wasn't risking, Damon Had a 2 story House so I looked down at the ground and I looked at mine next door and it was the same. I went to check my phone to see if anyone texted me or I got any alert but I couldn't since it died. This can't be happening..,I mumbled to myself getting worried, "You might have to stay for a while until the rain stops and the water flooding outside my house goes down a drain" Damon said looking at me with a calm gaze.

This. Can't. Be. Happening!!!!
