1. Say hi. It's simple and docent make you sound desperate for a friend which is always good.
2. Complement them. Say something simple like ' I like your t-shirt, where did you get it'? That already starts a conversation.
3. Ask what there name is. Easy

How to be nice to people
1. Once again smile. Its nice and puts a person in a good mood.
2. Don't judge people
3. Ask them how there day is going. That puts me in a good mood.
4. Look presentable. People are going to go be besties with a solb now are they? Every day brush you teeth and hair. Dress nice like jeans and a t-shirt.
5. Listen. If you listen to a person they will like you. If you just keep blabbering on about yourself not a lot of people will like you.
