"I am in my room!" I responded. I closed out my online homework for dance and opened my door to see my ugly housemate.
"Is your passport renewed yet?" He asked me.
"No. Why?"
"Renew it." He nodded and walked away.
"Why" I asked.
No response.
"Why are you asking!?" I looked at him straight in the eyes.
"Just do it, Y/N!" I popped a grape in his mouth.
"Okay, let's do it now then." I grabbed the keys from the counter and my phone from my desk.
We got into my car and started driving to the local CVS to take the photo.
"Where were you all day?" I asked holding my new passport.
"That's none of your business." He walked into his room.
"Hey! I have a right to know! You're living in my house after-" I stopped midsentence when I saw the thing I have been waiting my entire life for but my broke butt can't afford.
"Now will you shut up?" My brother held two beautiful tickets to Korea in his hand. I have to tell Tae.
"W-what...H-how did you?" I swear I started crying.
He embraced me. He knows how much I have wanted to go there, not just for school purposes but to actually, voluntarily, go and go through the full Korean experience.
"You deserve it. You have been through so much and you're my little sis, I envy your strength." He said as he hugged me.
This may seem dramatic but I loved Korea so much, and not just because I could potentially see the biggest hits (lol NCT anyone?) ever but because of the culture, the food, the etiquette. It fascinates me.
But also because I could potentially meet the biggest hits ever, lol.
"OMG THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!" I jumped onto him.
