Green, all around, as far as the eye can see. Then, blue. Blue like a calm sea or clear sky. Something passed me...what was it? I turned to look, and the blue and green came together. Plants and water? No..that can't be it... Oh! It's fish! I looked up, and the sky is a beautiful baby blue. BAM! White clouds dot the sky in little marshmallow puffs. A moment later and a flash of red passed. A bird? What would a bird be doing in the middle of nowhere without land or trees to be found?
Then, more green. Again with the green? No, this time, shafts of light stream down from what look like leaves. A tree? Yes, a tree! At first, there's silence. Then the silence is broken by a single, fragile whistle. Then, all of a sudden, the songs of a thousand birds fills my ears. The tree disappeared, and I fell onto soft grass. The sun is warm, and I look around. I appear to be in a large meadow with plenty of wildflowers. At last, something breaks the horizon. A tree? Another one? In the middle of the huge field, a large, lonely tree stands in the middle. A butterfly flutters past and toward the tree. I follow after it, and I welcome the coolness of its shade. Approaching the trunk, I become weary and lean against it.
I fall into blackness. The meadow is gone; silence fills the space. The sunshine is gone, the tree is gone. Nothing but blackness. Black surrounds me, just black. I run, running through the dark. Something is following. What is it? I'm running faster. Now falling....and falling, how far? How long? Falling down...down...so far down... Then suddenly...
