She Is The Cutest ON HOLD

Chapter 1: First Day

"My name is Araki Kasuki! I'm a Japanese kid but I live in America!! Today is the first day of my senior year in Redwall High. I started off badly already by sleeping in but I'm sure today will be a good day!" I smiled widely at the school gates and gripped the straps of my backpack.(A/N: I don't know what the handles on a backpack are called lol)

"Today will be the day that Marina will notice me!"                 

"Why is the first day of school always sooo haaard~?" I groaned.

Kate eyed the door hoping the teacher wouldn't just suddenly come in. "The teachers miss you during the summer but they are all tsunderes so they pretend they don't miss you and treat you harsher on the first day."

I looked up at the blonde. "Is that really true?"

"Like hell it is! Don't you dare doubt otaku knowledge!" I winced as she hit my head hardly with a book.

"Ow!!"

The door suddenly slammed open. "Mr. Agust is coming!!!" A classmate yelled. Everyone rushed back to their seats and shut up immediately.

I made sure to sit up as straight as possible and opened a my school book in a nick of time.

The teal haired teacher know as Mr. Agust walked in. He slammed his book on the desk and stared at us all.

I swallowed as his intimidating eyes stared us down.

"Alright brats! I hope you all finished the homework I gave you during the summer. Raise your hands if you forgot."

He smirked, no hands were raised at all. Instead I stood up and set a 50 page stack of papers on his desk. The other students followed my lead. Some of the stacks being a lot bigger then mine.

When the last student had sat down Mr. Agust had the widest grin I had ever seen.

"Good class! I think we'll take it easy today." A collective sigh sounded in the classroom.

"Wait till Jim sees this." I heard our teacher mumbled to himself.

"I wonder what bet the teachers made this year." Kate wispered to me. I pointed behind her.

"I wonder what Kate is whispering about this time." Mr Agust said, dropping dangerously low. She shivered and looked ahead, a light blush dusting her face.

Teacher winked at me and walked back to his desk. "Alright class! Since you all did the summer homework I can proudly say we have gotten through 1/4 of the school work when have this year. So we'll be looking at lots of higher grade work for most of the year! If you slack off then work will be doubled more then it already has." He paused for a minute looking at the class again. "No comments? Okay turn to page 394"

-Lazy Time Skip-

"The amazing Kate today is attempting to eat her lunch, but what is this!? Someone is watching her intensely!! Kate seems too distracted to eat that scrumptious ham and cheese sandwich." Kate stared at me.

"That's because of you idiot!! You might as well be pointing a camera at my face!!!" I smiled at her. "Of course."

I bent back in my chair. Bit down on my straw. Suddenly someone bumped into me. Soda spilling all over my head as I jerked forward my drink spilling everywhere.

Kate bursted out laughing. "S-sorry." A soft voice apologized. I waved my hand to signal that it was okay. I laid face down on the table. I imagined at this moment, a giant K.O sign above my head. "The great Kasuki has momentarily fallen. Will he be able to recover from the earth shattering blow?"
