Dangerous- Big Data

-----

Coming to school the next day wasn't an easy task. My dreams were haunted with the mysterious blonde boy. It seemed every hour I was awoken, quickly sitting up in fright before remembering it was all a dream.

After finally getting the courage to get up and ready, I made began to drive to school. As usual my focus was not where it should be, the road. Instead it wandered onto many topics, mostly relating the the blonde boy.

As I pulled into the parking lot, the only spot left was next to a beat up, blue pickup truck. Though it was a tight fit, my car squeezed in snuggly.

Now came the challenging part, getting out. I examined my possible ways I could get out, and only one seemed logical.

Slowly, I pushed open my door making sure it wouldn't bump into the truck next to me as I slid out of my seat.

I was having great luck, that is until a screeching noise echoed through the parking lot. I held my breath as I shut the door, hoping no mark would be left on the truck.

My luck had run out, on the door was a long scratch. I brought my hand to my mouth as footsteps began near me.

"What the fuck did you do?" a masculine voice bellowed behind me.

"S-sorry...I didn't mean to" I murmur turning around slowly, trying to make myself look as small as possible. The boy towered over me, his colored hair seeming even more intimidating.

"I didn't mean to" he mimicks in a high voice "look at what you did!" he screamed stepping closer to me. I leaned back on my car for support. My eyes widen as he stared down at me with a hateful glare.

I was speechless, how could someone be so angry over an already beat up truck getting a scratch.

"I'll...pay for repairs" I whisper looking down at the ground, avoiding his stare.

"Money, won't help anything" he said in an annoyed tone.

"Then, I won't do anything" I whisper, barely audible.

"What was that?" he growls grabbing my arm tightly. I let out a squeaking noise before looking back up at the boy, his eyes fixed on mine angrily.

"Then, I won't do anything" I say a bit louder still looking into his eyes. His grip tightened and I gasped.

"Stop!" I yell in pain. A smirk becomes afixed on his lips at my cries. He brings his face close to mine, keeping the amused grin.

"I could break your arm, right here, right now...so I suggest you get out of here, before I do it" he whispers. I nod quickly, and his grip loosens. He pushes me away from him, with a powerful shove.

"Have a nice day, Camilla" he called to me as I walked at a fast pace away from him.

I didn't bother asking how he knew my name, at the moment it seemed unimportant. My highest priorities now were getting as far away from the parking lot as I could.

---

Sitting in cafeteria, I was all alone. Usually I would sit Rebecca, but today she was not present.

I was beginning to become used to this, as its been reoccurring over the past few days. Silently, I ate my sandwhich while finishing up my homework from earlier classes.

I was at the end of a work sheet, when I felt a presence in front of me.

"Hi Camilla" a familiar voice spoke making me lift my head. Sitting in front of me was Ashton, and another boy with darker hair.

"Hi" I smiled with curiosity.

"You don't mind us sitting here do you?" Ashton asked smiling as he put his hands on the table.

"Oh it's fine" I laughed looking to the boy sat next to Ashton with a smile.

"I'm Calum..." he started, mimicking Ashton's actions by putting his hands on the table, only with

his hands squeezed tightly together.

"Camilla" I answered, beginning to put my papers away to not be rude.

Silence now filled the table, making it incredibly awkward.

Ashton's head suddenly snapped up "Well, im gonna go get some...dressing for my salad" he mumbles before walking away from the table, leaving Calum and I looking around the room as if convorsation will jump out of no where.

Soon enough, my eyes landed on Ashton, strangely enough he wasn't anywhere near the dressings, he was with the boy I met this morning. They seemed to be in a heated arguement. I would've thought nothing of it, if it wasn't for them looking towards me. Nervousness ran over Ashtons features, while the other boys seemed angry.

I quickly turned around, as the boy pointed at me and yelled something inaudible. To my surprise Calum was gone.

Before I had time to think about it, Ashton sat in front of me looking straight into my eyes.

"Listen Camilla, what happened this morning...its kinda a big deal...and you really need to do what i'm going to tell you to do" Ashton sighed looking down at the grey table.

"What do you mean?" I question

"Take the bus from now on, if you must drive...park in the back lot, can you please promise me you'll do this" he pleaded.

"I promise?" I said, not completely meaning it.

"Its just for your safety" he mumbled before standing up and breathing out.

"Goodbye Cam..."

And with that he left the cafeteria, just as the bell went off, leaving my mind running with questions.

"I'm sorry Ashton, you don't tell me what to do"
