Chapter two

I just stood there staring at Chris...his smile alone can make the day for me.

POV Chris
As I was talking with my friends I kept on looking around for Vivian, isn't she coming for the party was what I was thinking..and then I saw her she, she looks so beautiful, I waved to her and she waved back..I stood up from where I sat and started walking toward where she just stood

POV Vivian
Our eyes met he waved at me and I did the same too..then he started walking toward me,
Omg!he..he...he is walking toward me, awww look at how he walks.
Hey, vivi what are u doing just standing here
Then he hugs me..I wanted the hug to last but to my disappointment it didn't

Oh..hey Chris, I was looking for the kitchen
Kitchen?  He asked..but you have been here a thousand times, why then are you looking for the kitchen?

Oh..yeah..the thing is..you know..there are a lot of people here you know..and..
Before I could say anything again he just asked if I wanna dance..I accepted, he guided me to the dance floor and we started dancing

As we were dancing we talked about random things like school stuff, our parents and a lot if things.

Chris had been my friend since we were kids...have had this feeling for him but still I just knew that the only thing that will be between us will just be friendship nothing more...have always been there for him and he has always been there for..I knew the girls he had dated, though it was painful seeing him date other girls but what could I have done

After dancing we went to the kitchen to chat more, then Beatrice and Kelly joined us with other kids from our school, we talked, laughed, made jester of each other, till it was time for us  to dapart to our various homes.

The following morning I got ready for school and as usual I was expecting Chris to come pick me up for school, I went downstairs to take my breakfast, then my phone started buzzing. It was Chris he sent me a message "hey vivi am sorry I can't pick up for school today, plans changed and I have to pick my babe for school, I'll see you later, bye".

wait Chris has a new girlfriend?  I asked no one in particular..I felt so bad, when i was through with my breakfast took my carkey, then my mom came out of the kitchen.

Hey honey, how you doing..sure she saw how pale my face was. Hi mom..gotta go see you later..I kissed her and rushed out. I heard her yelling "isn't Chris gonna pick you up today?" I didn't bother answering just got into my car and drove off to school.

On getting to school kids were still talking about yesterday's party..I walked to my locker to get some books for my morning class..just then Beatrice ran to me...OMG! Vivi you have to see this..have been telling you Chris is nothing but a grade A asshole!
I looked at her weirdly...what do you mean?
Then she dragged me to where Chris and Alex were making out in front of every one.

I tried to fight the tears that were whelming up but I couldn't..I immediately started running towards the girls toilet when I heard Chris calling out my name shouting "vivi wait I can explain".
