Chapter One

You sat quietly locked up in your cell. It was a cold, rainy night. A faint howling of the wind made its way into your cell from a small crack in your window. You had lost count on how many days since your werewolf blood was tainted with vampire blood. Every single day you went through excruciating pain. You could literally feel the vampire blood pulsing through your body.

Your body wanted you to shift but it also wanted you to turn. It couldn't decide. The muscles in your frail body shred to pieces only to merge back together then rip apart again.

A heavy metal door opened up next to your cell. In the night everyone is ejected with either vampire or werewolf blood.

Without warning the room next door was filled with screams. Someone finally attacked the nurse. Their door slammed opened and the wall outside your room.

Someone sounded the loud bells from outside warning everyone that an experiment has escaped. Your door swung open.

A girl with long blonde hair came stumbling in. Her bright yellow eyes bore into your glowing yellow ones. She ran to your side and helped you take the chains off. "Quickly, help the others." You nodded and ran out after her.

There were right of you in total running out the front gates. Some of you tried to shift but it was impossible due to the pain. Your body would start to shift but it would stop. Each time you tried again it was more painful than the last time. With the vampire blood pulsing through your veins it gave you extra speed in your human form.

A forest came into view and all of you bolted into it with the coven of Vampire's hot on your tail. A young boy to your left got tackled down by one of the Vampire's. He knocked you over with him.

The three of you fumbled trying to get a grip on one another. The vampire smiled as his fangs reached out to the young boys neck and tore it to pieces killing him. He tried to fight back but you both knew it was his time. His body convulsed in pain until he went limp in the Vampire's arm. He tore his head clear of and threw it somewhere behind him.

Without much thought he lunged for your frozen form. You could feel his teeth sink into your neck. Your warm blood oozed down your neck and onto your shoulders. But as soon as the pain was there it was gone. Someone had finally shifted and attacked the vampire. The wolf ripped him to bits only leaving chunks. His body parts splattered everywhere.

In the heat of the moment you were able to shift and tore up your hospital gown. The rest of you shifted and fought the rest of the way out.

You guys never stopped running and never looked back until the sun started to break through between the leaves and life around you started to wake up.

Slowly you came to a stop and examined everyone around you. There were only four of you left. "You guys okay?" You asked them telepathically. They all whimpered and laid down. You body twitched in pain from being a werewolf too long.

Your body collapsed to the moist ground and you went back to your human form. The other three shifted back too. The other three were boys who looked around your age. "You okay?" One of the guys crouched down next to you and grabbed your shoulder.

"No." Your hand went up to your still bleeding neck. He pushed your head to the side to examine it. "It's still bleeding but it is healing very slowly. Does it hurt?" You nodded your head, "like a bitch."

The other two moved to sit next to you guys. "What's your name doll" one of them spoke up. "(Y/n)." Your eyes darted around your surroundings. Something was off. "I'm Mikael," the one holding you said. His dark chocolate hair was to his mid back and stuck to his sweaty tan skin. "My name is Jensen." Jensen had pale skin with freckles sprinkled across his face. "My name is uh Alexander." The last guy shyly stuttered. He had long dark hair like the other guys and was also tanned. Just like all of you he had glowing yellow eyes.
