Fiiiiillllllleeeeeeeerrrrrrr.
Warnings: Pain, pain killers and epic foreshadowing!
Roman's POV:
I blinked my eyes open, glancing around the room. I recognized it as the living room, I was lying on the comfy couch. Patton sat beside me, my legs resting on his lap. "Oh, hello kiddo. How are feeling, my dear?" I make a thumbs up, I couldn't really form any words to say at that moment. He smiled sadly.
I attempted to pick myself with my elbows, I winced in pain. Patton gently pushed me down "Just wait until Logan comes back with the pain killers. He'll be here soon." I look down, noticing bandages placed across torso. I ignored it, looking back up at the dad character.
I let rest my eyes for a minute or two.
I see a blurry figure appear in the dark, my vision begins brighten. It looks as though I had woken up but somehow knew I was dreaming. The figure begins to walk towards me, asthey come into focus I see that it's Anxiety. He looked different though, he had purple hair and wore a similar black jacket but in some places the purple patterns stitched on with white string.
As he continued to come towards me, I noticed a small smirk and a blush growing on his face, slightly covered by his fringe. Eventually, he was standing right in front of me. He grabbed my head slowly and began fiddling with my hair. Anxiety brought our foreheads together, he sighed. We stood there for a while.
Then I heard footsteps.
My eyes burst open. "Woah! You good, kiddo?" I turned towards Patton who was now standing next Logan. Logan held a glass of water in his hand which clearing had some sort of medication in it. I nodded, neither of them seemed to convinced but Logan gave me the drink. "Shallow it quickly, don't wait too long."
I smelt the water, big mistake. It smelled like expired alcohol. I held my nose and quickly downed it. It tasted like death. "Okay, good. Rest here for a while and then you go to your room once you've recovered more." I nodded and turned away. I heard the door open and close, they left.
I was finally alone. I could think about the dream. It was super strange. I've never thought about Anxiety that way. Huh. I've never had dream about Anxiety. Wow. Ow, I have a headache. I must of hurt myself really bad.
