THE ANGELS IN THE ROSE GARDEN

There plays sunny with his little pussy cat, with its shining pale green eyes in the Garden of roses. It was a cloudy day. Many dark clouds passed one after. There was a gloomy appearance.

Suddenly there was a loud noise in the middle of the sky. Then appeared dazzling light from one of the clouds. Several small glittering particles are moving like the rain-drops towards Sunny and Pussy. They were frightened and are about to run away from the garden.

Then they heard a sweet voice speaking to them. It was from the shiny particles that fell from one of the peculiar clouds.

"We are the angels from the garden of Heaven. We like playing with kids in the Rose garden." The boy was delighted and his heart was filled with joy. He felt like he was the luckiest boy in the world to meet the angels he heard about in the stories. But he was terrified, So he asked with a trembling voice that he want his pussy to talk, play and enjoy with him. Immediately the angels granted his wish.

"Let the pussy speak it's feelings." they said with their angelic voice.

To his surprise, pussy cleared it's throat and said,"hey ya boy, how you doing?" in a cite cat voice like it's imitating Garfield.

Sunny can't believe he his pussy was talking to him.How many times he had imagined it? Too many to count.But still it came as surprise.

He sobered up and answered his cat.

"Am doing fine pussy.I am so glad you could speak.Now we can do all kinds of stuff realbest friends do."

Pussy glared at him and he stopped immediately.He couldn't think of what he said wrong.So he softly spoke again.

"Pussy...."

"Stop calling me Pussy.I don't like it. what kind of name is that? PUS..SY."

Sunny's shoulders slumped,face paled.He felt like crying.He never knew his cat didn't like it's name.It always felt like Pussy enjoyed everytime he called her.

That is when he heard the cat laughing and saw it rolling on the ground.

"I am just kidding Sunny.I like my name especially because you named me.I love you Sunny.I will try to be yhe friend you want."

Sunny's face brightened up thousand fireworks and he joined laughing with Pussy.

"You two are adorable"said the angels who are watching them silently.They are amused by their behaviour.

Sunny is jumping with joy and asked them if they could play now.They agreed immediately.

They started playing games. They caught the butterflies, plucked the roses,played hide and seek, chase and many more.They talked about the village, school, Sunny's family and garden. In the late hour Sunny said that he have to be home by now. But he don't want to do that. Then the angels promised him that they will come tomorrow and they can play many more games.

Sunny and pussy bade good bye and went home. The angels returned to the Garden of Heaven. All the clouds vanished on that day due to huge rainfall. Many days passed, Yet the angels didn't come. Sunny was in a despair. He didn't followed his lessons well. All the time he was thinking about them.

One day a small cloud appeared. Sunny looked at it with hope. To his surprise, the angels did came. But by that time there was drought in their village due to lack of rain. Sunny felt sorry for the villagers. He told the angels about all the problems faced by the villagers. All of difficulties were erased by the power of angels.

Angels had to use all their magical power to mend the village that they cannot return to heaven. There were no clouds in the sky.

Sunny said that he can create clouds. He used water from the nearby pond and created steam using the vapourising technique from his science project.

Angels thanked Sunny and went to heaven. They gave Sunny a magic box and asked him to use it to call them.

Sunny felt very happy with the idea of seeing angels even in summer.Then he heard someone calling his name

Sunny's mother came with a whip in her hand to beat him saying "Sunny it's 8 o'clock already, School starts in half hour, wake up now or I am coming."

"Pussy! Go and wake Sunny."

His mom shouts.

Pussy starts licking Sunny's face.Sunny opens his eyes and jumps on his bed.

"Pussy, Do you like your name? I think I should think of new name for you...."says Sunny sleepily.
