"Do you know where I can buy a book?"

"Well he has books in his office, why not try them?"

"I'd rather blow my head up than fill it with things I wouldn't understand" I rolled my eyes at Jimin

"I know a place but we must hurry, Jungkook might find out and you know what happens" he was concerned

"Oh, ha-ha" I touched the bruise on my wrist

"So, should we go now?" Those smile comforted me a little.

Jungkook suddenly grabbed my wrist when I was saying goodbye to Jimin and I can't forget how he almost lost himself "can you stop talking to him?" It was so firm "Jungkook! You're hurting me!" and that's when he stopped, calming down, he stomped off to our bedroom.

"Is it far?" I asked Jimin as I followed him outside "We can use my car" he winked

"You have a car?! Well you could've said it earlier so I can escape this place already" I told him

"I want to but I cant" it was suddenly so serious and that's when I realized what I said, he wasn't supposed to be meddling because of me, their friendship is at stake.

I went inside his car and so is he,it was dead air all over, he wasn't talking at all and all I can hear are the birds chirping and the engine.

As we went far, I realized that you really need a car to get away from here and you can't find something to help you

It was trees all over as we went over and saw vendors of clothes and random stuffs,even fruits and vegetables, it was the marketplace

"Here we are" for the first time the silence was cut, he looked at the front mirror and smiled at me, I smiled back and went outside

I smelt the air and it was the smell of country side, not that much of pollution, it was priceless

Jimin grabbed my hand and that's when his enthusiasm came back, "You can buy everything,my treat" he smiled

Smiles are seriously the most contagious thing people can give you, I went to the first vendor, thrifting is my thing before, so I was able to enjoy it,I found a flowy dress which I thought is a good dress for the country side "That looks good on you" Jimin commented and I can't help but blush "really? I really thought too"

I gave it to the person selling it and she looked like mid 30 years, with those smile lines on her eyes and lips, she gives out warm ambiance, Jimin paid for it

"Thank you" I smiled back and went to the other vendors, one caught my attention

The vendor is selling random stuffs and one thing caught my attention, it was a lava lamp,it was so pretty.

I held it and watch it as it glows "Wow" staring.

"You can have that" Jimin said, I smiled as I check the price, it was kind of expensive

"No no no" I waived my hand to decline, "I insist eunji" he said seriously.

I looked at the Vendor owner and it was once again an old woman but one eye patch on her other eye "You can have two if you like, It's free" she said "really?" She smiled.

Walking side by side, I can feel our hands touching, I quickly pried away and ran to a book shop, it looks cozy.

Running inside and hearing the bell noises of the door, "My second customer!" An old man came out of nowhere, probably in his 40's

"Me? Oh" i said,kind of startled
"I rarely have customers here but go on,you can borrow books and if you want to buy then you can have another one, well you know, I cant live longer than expected so I'm giving away" he smiled with glee, I cant believe people who dont appreciate books.

I looked at Jimin with puppy eyes, he nodded and just smiled like he does.

I found a cooking book, I can very much use it to do something when Jungkook leaves the house everyday, I also found a good novel about mystery and romance, it was all priceless, I looked back just to see Jimin and the old man talking to each other, They both looked at me with amused faces.

"What?" I asked but didn't bother answering and so I placed all the books on the counter,waiting for Jimin, I was playing with my pocket and touched something inside, quickly putting it out, it's 10$,my last money before everything happened.

Putting it out "I can manage" I told Jimin, "No,I promised to pay for this" Jimin said and quickly digging in his wallet

"Jimin,It's ok" I told him but before he can respond,the old man quickly interrupted us.

"I can give all this books to you for free but you must promise to come back here, is it alright?"he said and I must say, no words can describe how sweet this old man was.

"Alright! Deal!"I said joyfully

Jimin chuckled and we said our goodbyes, leaving the place, my smile just wont leave my face.

Going inside the car, I quickly started reading the novel that I have chosen.

Not noticing how the sky is already turning pink and yellow, telling us that the sun is setting, Jungkook will be late anyway.

We arrived at the house and it's almost dark, I noticed the lights were already on and I saw Jungkook glaring at the doorway.

Going out of the car with the things I bought, "Where were you?" He asked

"We just we--" Jimin was about to explain "I'm not talking to you!"he exploded

"What's wrong with you? Am I not allowed to go out? Huh?" I can already feel my eyes stinging.

"Go. Inside. Now" he said with authority, quickly pulling me inside and locking the door behind it.

"What's wrong with you!?" Screaming is all I can do now

"I told you to get away from him! You dont know him!" Also screaming at me, "and what's that? A fcking gift from him? You're together now!? Huh!?" Getting all the things that Jimin bought for me and throwing it away "No!"already crying, I was about to pick it all up when he pulled me to face him again, slapping him hard

"Why do you care!? If he was serial killer then so be it!" Crying, I was surprised to actually say anything.

Walking towards the stairs,he pulled me once again with his jaw tighting, removing my hands from his grasp

"Get off" almost whispering and my tears falling down my cheeks.
