I Still Want You || Jeon Jungkook

"Y/N!" His voice was still as sweet as it was before. I was hesitant to turn around but I still did for some stupid reason.
"Hey, what's up?" He said coming closer.
"What do you want?" Taehyung said before I could say anything. He has gotten so overprotective towards me that sometimes it irritates me but I know it's just because he doesn't want me to get hurt again.
"Nothing, I just wanted to ta-" He was cut of by a girl calling her.
"Kookie! Where'd you go? I was so scared." She whinned and Jungkook hugged her and kissed her forehead.
I couldn't bear it. This used to be me except for the fact that he used me but in her case, I can see in his eyes that he loved her and would do anything for her. My vision started to get blurry and tears welled up in my eyes. Taehyung was fast enough and put his arms around my waist and gave me his signature smile and that was enough to make me happy again. I quickly wiped my tears and smiled back.
Taehyung has always been there for. We have been friends since kindergarden. One time I remember, my classmate broke my crayon and I started to cry bitterly. Taehyung got so angry that he ran after him with a stick until the teachers stopped him.
He is the first person I look for when I'm sad or elated. The fact that I have someone like Taehyung in my life makes me happy and wanted.
"Haven't seen you around for a while." I said to Jungkook making eye contact
"Yeah, my dad wants me to become the next Ceo of his company. He wants me to learn everything about handling it. So, I went to a bussiness trip with him." He said.
Jungkook was one of the most popular and richest kid back in the  school days and that pretty much explains his behaviour towards others.
His girlfriend seemed confused seeing us. I had never seen her before."Babe, who're they?" She asks.
"Just some old friends." He says grinning.
Just a friend? What else did I expect? He never considered me anything more than a friend.
"Oh! Hi I'm Sooyoung,Jungkook's girlfriend." She said sticking out her hand.
"Y/N." I shaked her hand.
"We'll have to go now. Y/N let's go." Taehyung said intertwining his hands with mine, not even looking at them and pulled me with him.
I glanced at Jungkook for the last time and he seemed angry for some reason.

Flashback
"Jungkook~" I whinned stomping my feet.
"What is it Y/N? I'm busy right now." He looked up from his laptop.
"I'm hungry." I sat down on the floor holding my stomach.
"Then go eat something and stop bothering me."
"There's nothing to eat in the kitchen and you know I can't cook." I said.
"What do you want me to do about that?" He asked seriously.
"Let's go out to eat!" I cheered.
"Can't. Busy." He diverts his attention back to the laptop.
"You never have time for me! Why are you like this?I hate you!" I storm back into my room and plop on the bed.
My head was burried in the pillows and I started crying. He never has time for me. I hate him! Even though I know I don't mean it but I  still do.
"Y/N wake up~." I woke up by Jungkook's voice. He was standing in front of the bed with a tray in his hands.
"What's it now?" I asked confused.
"I cooked some food for you." He grabbed my hand and made me sit up."Let's eat together." He showed his bunny smile.
Why does he do that? I'm not able to ignore him if he does that. He's so mean.
I pretend to be angry and looked the other way while crossing my arms above my chest. He just laughed and sat on the bed.
" Guess I'll have to eat it alone." He grabbed the bowl and started eating ignoring my presence. He moaned at the taste of the food.
I couldn't hold it in any longer. I was starving and was tempting to eat it. I snatched the bowl from his hands and started eating like I had been hungry for ages.
He giggled and ruffled my hair." Stop being so cute or else I will fall for you." He said in a hushed tone.

End of flashback

Taehyung walked me home. I bid him goodbye and went in. I was taking out my shoes when suddenly my phone buzzed. I took it out and read the message. My eyes grew wide and my face becams pale.

Hi Y/N. It's Namjoon! Hope you remember me. Anyways, We've decided to hold a get together for our batch. I'll message you the address and the other details later as we haven't decided it yet. So, be there! It's important for everyone to come.

Why? Why?  God help me get through this.
