He moans, struggling to shake the breather off him. No luck. The bodyguard holds it on tightly.

The only reason he has the breather instead of an inhaler is because he can't work them. His doctor had originally given it to him when he was diagnosed. Age 4.

He hated the thing, threw it out windows, cars, tossing it in the blender. So, instead, the doctor taught his bodyguard and parents to use the breather.

And if he had to go anywhere and started wheezing, he had a breather attached to a wheelchair. Because he could not walk with it.
