Ch. 9 -A day out

3 years later

Tam POV

I can't believe Arielle is almost 4. Her birthday is tomorrow. And I wanna go all out.  Jon is getting her cake and I'm getting the party supplies. We were going to set it up at the girls house. I can't wait.

Arielle POV

"TOMORROW MY BIRTHDAY! TOMORROW MY BIRTHDAY! TOMORROW MY BIRTHDAY!"
Tomorrow is my birthday. I can't wait!!! Mommy says we're going to aunty Ells house. I figured out you have to call her mom and the guy dad.  They are awesome! We always play in the living room and last night we went to a really cool place called a restaurant. The food was amazing!!
I ran to the kitchen because mommy and daddy were in it. I made a cool entrance. "TOMORROWS MY BIRYHDAY!" I jumped up and ran and hugged them. They were giggling. "Guess what? Tomorrow Matilda, Ell and laurel are going to take you anywhere you want." "Really?!" "Yeah." I gave her a really big hug. "Thank you thank you thank you! Wait, what are you and daddy gonna do?" Daddy said "You'll have to see when you get back." "Come on, tell me. Please???" "Sorry sweetie, its a surprise." I looked at him pouty. "Awwww don't be like that. Its going to be worth it." She picked me up. "It better be." They both giggled.

Arielles birthday

I woke up in bed and looked at the clock. It was my birthday!  I got out of bed and to mommy and daddy room. They were in there bed and I got on and jumped. "Wake up!  Wake UP!  Its my birthday! "Mommy looked at me smiling. She was in a black tanktop and Mickey mouse pajama pants. "Happy birthday sweetie." "Wow you're excited." Daddy said. Mommy grabbed me and layed me in between them. "I can't wait. Its gonna be so cool!" "It is. Isn't it?" We all giggled.
They were the best parents in the world.

Tam POV

"Do you think you two are o doing the cake a bit? Eduardo asked. I look at the cake. It had light and dark blue frosting. It was three layers.  It was vanilla and chocolate. Arielles favorite flavors."Nah, all of us are at least having a slice." "True." "How do you think the other girls are holding up?" Jon said. "Arielle loves a lot if things. Mostly likely they are at either build-a-bear, or game stop."

Laurel POV

"ARIELLE, SLOW DOWN!" I ease giggling a little. She was running to go to a chocolate bakery with stuff made or with chocolate. "Can we, *inhale* stop?!" Ell said. "Can we go here?" "Sure, but why?" "So I can get something for you guys and everyone else!! Why else would I stop here?"  I said"Awww, that's so sweet, but you don't have to." "But I want to! You guys have been so nice to me for as long as I can remember!! You guys deserve it!! Especially mommy and daddy. They take care of me almost all the time!" "Ok, let's go get something!" Matilda said."

Time skip

Its about 6:00 now. Ells house to the mall is kinda a long drive. Matilda and Arielle were passed out in the back while Ell was driving. We had 5 bags. 2 of them were big. "Do you think Tam and Jon might be upset at us for letting her get a little over than what we were supposed to spend?" Ell said. "Maybe not. They love Arielle to death. And she's not spoiled. She used half of the day asking what WE wanted."I laugh a little. "True." We made it to The house. "Arielle, Matilda, we're here." "*yawn*We are? *gasp* we are! Mommy! Daddy!  Let's go! Let's go!" We get out of the car and Matilda covers Arielles eyes. We walk in and Matilda uncovers and then...

"Surprise!"

"*gasp* No way!!  This is awesome!!!"
"It was hard trying to convince them to just  go to an arcade." We all laughed.

No one POV

As the night went on, everyone was having fun and eating cake. They all were watching the SpongeBob SquarePants movie. Everything seemed perfect, until Arielles candle wish.
