A Unforgettable Homecoming

It was my very first homecoming at Mahtomedi. I was so excited to get all pefect for the night! I was invited to my friend Ally's for a tailgate party before the big game agaisnt Totino Grace. Here's my story of my unforgettable homecoming. 

I woke up on a very cool Friday morning ready for the best homecoming ever. i slipped on my jeans and my homecoming t-shirt and went downstairs to eat some breakfest. When i finished eating i walked to the bus stop in the cool September air. I boarded the bus and sat next my girlfriend Claire Zophy who i always sit by. We talked about what a great day it was going to be and couldn't wait to get to school. When we arrived at school we went to the locker rooms where my friends and i meet before the bell rings to get to class. We but beads on, cool headbands, and best of all sparkles! When the bell rang we all went upstairs and went to first hour. I had science first hour so we ended up watching a movie that day which was all right but very boring. Second hour came and i had English with my good friend Mitch. We had to work on our biographys that were due the week after. We wrote the whole class which was very fun for me but not so much for Mitch. 

By the end of the day i met up with my girls and headed for Ally's house for the party. Oh i almost forgot the jersey i wore during the day was my very close friend Jake Rose's. Every one thought we were dating because i had his jersey on but we werent we were just very good friends. What he didnt know is i liked him like a lot! The bad part was i got overwelled with everyone asking if we were dating so i gave the jersey back to him for the school day and was hoping he would let me where it that night. 

Back to the party, we had pizza and pop before the big game and played some games. Right before we started walking to the game we put on some more makeup and accesories. When we were finally done we had just enough time to walk to the game. It was going good for the most part the Zephyrs were going head to head with the Eagles. I was laughing it up with my close girlfriends when my phone was going off like crazy, phone calls, texts, everything. I finally picked up a phone call from my friend Julianna. She said "hey sammie do you know Jake is kissing a older girl with his jersey on?" and i said "no i didn't know that" Julianna said he was and said she was sorry that i had to find out that way. I told her it was fine and hung up. I went over to my friends and told them what i found out and told them i was going to go home. I was in tears when i called my  parents. I walked all the way over to the middle school parking lot so i didn't have to deal with the drama up at the game. My parents finally picked me up and i explained everything to them and that was the end of Jake Rose. My parents were very upset with this boy, because they knew i was looking forward to my first homecoming. 

When i arrived at home my phone was going off like crazy. People were texting me about why i left and how dumb i was for leaving like that. After the tenth text of the same thing i turned off my phone and went to bed. When i woke up i wish that i was in a nightmare the night before but when i read the text's i knew it was a homecoming gone bad.
