Jim walked down to the cars. Harvey Bullock was in his car. " looks like a fear gas murder" said Harvey.
" scarecrow is in arkham" replied Jim.
" could it be a new one?" said Harvey. Jim looked at his watch. suddenly the radio blared about something at the arkham asylum. Harvey groaned. " another Jerome incident" he said.
" drive" said Jim.
a while latter , after all the inmates were in their cells, Jim went to see Dr Hugo Strange. " how may a help you , detective"asked Strange.
" Any patients missing?" replied Jim.
" 3 patients, the scarecrow , the mad hatter and Jerome." replied Dr Strange. " a new patient was being transported today, a man called Harvey Dent".
" reason for coming here" asked Jim.
" he was in an accident that disfigured half of his face. he was deemed insane and was to be placed here later this afternoon". said Dr Hugo Strange.
Harvey and Jim went to the car and drove into town. meanwhile over in the narrows ( a criminal part of Gotham), Kirk Langstrom was being tortured by the penguin. " TELL ME HOW TO MAKE THE MAN BAT FORMULA!". he screamed.
" I c c c can't recreate the f f f f f formula" stammered Langstrom. penguin wacked him with his umbrella. suddenly the ropes binding him to his chair snapped. his face took on the characteristics of a bat. his arms turned into wings. penguin stumbled back and yelled" EDWARD! HE BECOME MAN BAT" Edward burst into the room and tasered the beast. the penguin got up. " well done. now get some of the blood and see if you can recreate the formula".
" it will take time. as most of the chemicals are still in the lab ruins as well as the G.C.P.D chemical branch.without it , i can't recreate the formula". the penguin walked out of the room. he then went to see someone.
