"who's that you're texting?" Noah, my present crush asks. He technically doesn't know I like him but I think he has an idea. He's sitting in the back seat of my black Audi A4 riding with Maddie and I to my house, we work together on our homework.
I smile,
" Just...a friend" I say. I would tell Maddie later about jack but not his number, I promised him
" Hmm...ok. let's pick up some Chick-fil-A and Then let's head to your place. Is that ok?" Noah asks. " Yeah, sure. But I'm not paying for all of us." I say, I need to save more money this year for college. He smiles in my mirror and I blush.
" Stop looking at each other, you're creeping me out." Maddie says. We laugh and I pull off.

Nah...lol but umm...wanna hang out, I'm not doing anything right now but if u want, can we chill???

Lani:
Srry. Doing HW wit the squad. But u can come over around 9:00 Tonite. But I'll have to come through my window lol, strick parents.

Jack( from State farm):
Alright, bet! I'll bring snacks and Titanic lol

K, so in like a couple hours.

" Pay attention! We might crash, geesh Kalani!" Maddie says.
" I'm done, I promise." I say.
Noah looks at me in the mirror again and smiles. I swear, if he doesn't like me, I'm going to lose my marbles! No playing with the feelings!

After arriving at my house, we run up to my large room with neon green walls, and my queen sized made up bed. Maddie and I plop on my bed while Noah sits in a bean bag chair next to us.
" Did you guys know Jack Gilinski came to our school today?" Noah says randomly.
Maddie's eyes go wide,
" What for?!" I laugh at her, if only she knew I actually talked to him!
" Helping out with a class. He's gonna be around until like... January I think they said?" Maddie screams, scaring the crap out of me.
" But, we only have him for...four months! That's so unfair! What about Jonhson?" Noah smiles,
" He's busy, not coming." He laughs.
" Kill me, no Johnson? What kind of joke is THIS? Jack G without Johnson?!" I laugh, Maddie lives Jack and Jack, like really bad. I smile to my self, in less than a couple of hours, he'll be in MY bedroom, us doing who knows what!
Maddie's phone rings, making her sigh.
" What does Melissa want NOW?!" She walks out my room to take the call, leaving Noah and me ALONE!
He gets up and sits where Maddie was just sitting...next to me.
" Hey...I was gonna NG to grab a bite after our little study group. Want to join me...it's after your dance class so you're good" is Noah Freaking Centineo, the hot actor, ask me basically on a date? With him?
" Yes...I mean sure." Wait, crap I have Gilinski coming tonight. What do I do?!!!
" Wait, can we reschedule to tomorrow? If the offer is still available?" I ask bitting my bottom lip. He smile that sexy grin and nods
" Of course, Lani. Anything for you." He stands up, he's so tall,
" I better go, my brother is probably waiting outside. I told him we would be done in an hour or two." With that, he kisses me on my right cheek and walks out. I try to calm myself as best as I can but...Noah JUST FREAKING KISSED ME!! IN MY HOUSE!! IN MY BEDROOM!! I need to calm down, like seriously. I run to my window and see Noah getting in his brothers car, but before he gets in, he must have sense me watching him because he looks up at me and winks. I feel like jelly as I smile at him.
" Sorry, my mom-" Maddie says walking back into my bedroom, then stops.
" Did I miss something? Where's Noah?" She walks towards me and sees Noah drive off
" Nothing, he just...KISSED ME ON MY CHEEK!" I scream like a younger girl than my age, seventeen. Maddie screams with before Melissa, Maddie's mom and my mom's best friend, walks in.
" Time to go girls. Grab your dance bags. " she says. When she walks out, Maddie and I continue to fan girl, except quietly.
