you see a man in a British flag costume walking up to your small party. When he reaches you, he asks which one of us is Mycroft Holmes, and Mycroft raises his hand. The man in the costume explains that Mary "had to go feed the baby", and that this was meant for him. She found it taped to a tree further back.
Hurriedly, Mycroft rips open the envelope and reads the letter to the group. It says,
Brother,
You weren't so bad, but even Anderson can see that you and Lestrade have the hots for each other. Get the nerve to ask the poor man out.
The next stop is St. Bart's. I suggest stopping at a hotel first for the two lovebirds.

When Mycroft folds the letter over, he makes eye contact with Greg, and the two stare at each other for quite a time before John clears his throat, and you all head towards the street and find a taxi already waiting for you.
Once you say where you are all going, the taxi driver hands you an envelope that is colored in pink. John opens it, and tells the group that at the Eccelson Square hotel, in the study in a pink suitcase, there is a few gifts for the group.
The taxi driver heads to the hotel instead.
