Alex's p.o.v
Here it was just Shane , uncle Jake and dad . He was asking us about sociopaths
" so Alex, do you think that Jake is a sociopath?" Shane asked
I looked at Jake and he was looking down
" personally, no , I guess it just goes through the family , jakes behaviour is just his personality, his actions are just Jake I guess , he's not strange , he's not a sociopath and he isn't crazy , whatever happened with Alissa wouldn't have been caused if she hadn't cheated on him , so no , I don't think uncle Jake is a sociopath" uncle Jake looks up at me and smiles
" Logan, what do you think about what Alex had just said ?" Shane asked my dad
" well m for a 4 year old , that's really smart , she just stole all of my words" dad laughs.

" well, can I talk to you Alex for a sec?" My dad asks , I nod and walk to him
" what you said in the interview really made Jake happy , he wants to talk with you . He's in the kitchen right there" my dad smiles , I smile and walk to uncle Jake
" Alex , thankyou, I wouldn't be happy without you , what you said in the interview just brightened up my day , I'm glad to call you my niece and a Paul, we have each others back through thick and thin and that's just what you did right there " he hugs me , I hug back, then , I smelt smoke . My dad smelt it too , I then saw a fire , my dad took Jake out and thought I was with him. I tried to open the door but it was blocked , I then passed out due to the aroma of the smoke
