First Day Of Hell

"We're here! Doesn't this school look great honey?" Mom asked. I looked at my mother, without any emotions on my face. The reason for this was because I hated it when we moved.

Just because Reggie has this scholarship to a university in a new city, my parents flip shit when he tries to move out so in a compromise, we all have to move cities so my parents can see Reggie and he can still go to the school he wanted.

I had to say goodbye to my now ex girlfriend, Fetch and my weird friend, Eugene because of this stupid move. I had to say goodbye to two of my most precious people because my parents loved Reggie too much. It angered me to no end.

"Whatever....see you later" I said as I hopped out the car. I walked up the stairs after my mother drove off and look up to see on the building 'Jump City High'. I sighed. "Well Delsin, lets get this over with".

With that in mind, I walked in the school and saw the hallway filled with high schoolers. I didn't really care much the other kids but I did look around just to get a feel for the place I'd be for the rest of my high school life.

As I was walking through the halls to the principal's office, I saw a group of jocks picking on this dude with glasses. He had blonde hair with freckles. When I got a good look on him, my mind instantly flashed back to Eugene and how he used to get picked on.

That alone instantly just got me pissed off so I marched up to the bullies. "Hey! Leave him alone!" I said. The kid with freckles looked at me with a shocked look on his face. He had blood coming down his nose as it was clear he was hit.

The leader of the group looked at me. He was fairly tall and was dark skinned with black hair. "Oh yeah... What're you gonna do about it?". I remained silent as I just glared at him, never backing down a second but in my head was a different story.

'Crap! Didn't think this far.....now I'm about to get my ass beat!' I thought as I saw the lead jock's friends ditch the nerd and gang up on him. "Yeah what will you do?" one said. "See? He ain't gonna do jack shit! He's a pussy!" another said.

The leader just glared at me with clear distain. "So...you the new kid I see? Well it's clear that you are as you wouldn't be here talking with us if you weren't.....". He picked me up by my collar so I could be eye level with him.

I wasn't gonna lie to myself and say I wasn't fucking terrified right now but I still kept my cool. I'm known for that back in Seattle. I was never one to lose my cool. 'That's that same image I'm trying to build in this school but with guys like this one in front of me, I don't know how long it'll last' I thought.

I watched him in the eye as he did the same. He had his arm pulled out, ready to punch me but then I heard a voice. "Mr. Stone! I hope your not causing trouble again. Especially to our new student".

The jock instantly put me down and didn't even turn around. "N-No Mr. Kent. I wasn't...." he said. I looked behind him to see a tall man near the end of the hall in a white button up shirt and black jacket to go with it. He sported glasses as well and had black hair with a curl in it.

"Well I hope not....why don't you go to class along with your friends. Remember Victor, one more altercation.....one week suspension" Mr. Kent said. The jock named Victor nodded as he and his friends took off but not before giving Delsin one last glare as to tell him 'This isn't over'.

I sighed in relief as I saw him. "So....I take it your the principal of this place?" I asked. Mr. Kent nodded with a smile. "That's correct. I am the principal of Jump City High and as I already mentioned before, you're out new student, Delsin Rowe, I believe?"

I nodded at the man. "Right, would you please follow me to my office. I'll explain everything to you there" he turned to the nerdy looking boy. "Ah! Garfield! You should return to class too! By the way, give this to Miss Diana, would you?" Mr. Kent said as he handed Garfield a note with a blush.

The blonde boy took it and looked at me with appreciation and ran off. "No running in the halls!" the principal yelled. The boy stopped immediately and turned around "S-Sorry...." He said and walked away.

I turned to the principal and he looked down at me. "Right! Now follow me..." He said as he walked to the principal's office with me in tow. My first thought of this place was just plain simple. 'Fuck me....'
