First Class

Delsin's p.o.v

I walk in the office with Mr. Kent. I look around to see it was a standard office. Pictures of the school, pictures of teachers, diplomas all that bull. I didn't really care for all that. Just want to get my schedule and get out.

I sat down on one of the chairs facing Mr. Kent's desk and he sat behind said desk. He looked at me with a smile and pulled out a package from his drawer. "Well Mr. Rowe, I have your schedule right here.  Right now you have history with Ms. Prince, then science with Mr. Allen, then lunch, then you have phys ed with Mr. Drake and then you have Physics with Mr. Wayne".

I sighed. He loved his parents. Loved them to death. He didn't know what he'd do if they were gone. 'Probably become some sort of vigilante that has super powers and joins some super hero team full of other teens with similar pasts and abilities? Nah too much'.

My parents meant a lot to me but for the love of god! Physics?! I hate that! 'Last time I trust them to pick my courses for me' I thought. "This is a non-semester school so this'll be a repeat. Tomorrow though, you have english with Mr. Luther, weights with Mr. Dorrance, lunch, astronomy is Mr. Jones. After that, your parents decided to give you a spare so you can just go home after that" Mr. Kent explained.

I nodded in approval. I needed that. Especially after astronomy. Who the hell takes astronomy?! 'Reggie does......' I thought. When I thought of that, I was very upset. My parents purposely assigned me to astronomy and physics because they want me to be like Reggie.....

I sighed. "Great.....". Mr. Kent laughed. "I understand that these courses seem like much but as long as you try your best I know you can do it. You seem to be a very capable student, Delsin. I can't wait to see what you accomplish in the near future". All I did was smile.

It was nice to have the teacher believe in me and all but this is probably the standard procedure for every new student in this damn place. I got up from the chair and walk to the door. "Delsin?". I turned around to look at my new principle. "If there's anything you need, please don't be afraid to talk to me".

I nodded my head. "Right, I'll keep that in mind. Thank you Mr. Kent". Said man smiled. "Right, now. Please stop by my assistant, Ms. Lane as she'll give you your note, excusing you for being late". I nodded and walked out of the office. I walked to the woman behind the desk.

'I've got to say, Ms. Lane is a keeper. Wonder if she's single? Or into younger males?' I thought as I saw her right a note and hand it to me. "Have a wonderful first day, Delsin" she said to me. I smiled slightly and waved at her. I started walking through the halls and five minutes of walking, I see this couple.

It was a boy and a girl. The boy was around my height, maybe a bit shorter, and he had spikey black hair with a leather jacket and black jeans. The girl had this unique fire pink hair and her eyes was a beautiful green color. She wore a standard grey button up plaid shirt with denim shorts.

As I walked past them, the boy had the girl pinned to the locker making out. "Oh Dick!....you're so bad! Are you sure Ms. Prince wont find out about us skipping?" the girl said. "Trust me Kory, She won't. Besides, who cares about what that fossil loving bitch says. Now lets go to the mall...." the guy named Dick said as he was holding her waist and about to walk away but someone heard them.

"Mr. Greyson and Ms. Anders!" a woman called them. The two teens stopped cold in their track. "So wish to tell me why you're not in class? Don't tell me you're skipping? Mr. Greyson, I'd expect this type of behavior from you, Kory. I'm so disappointed in you" the woman started tearing them a new one.

I saw them get chewed out and I kinda felt bad. It reminded me of the times me and Fetch left the school to go to her house and had sex multiple times. These two were no different. So I did something I usually don't do for people I don't know....I helped them.

"Actually, they're with me.... You see I was looking for Ms. Prince's class and I saw these two here getting ready to go to said class. I asked them if they could help me get there but not before I use tbe washroom and they said yes. I'm now just getting back from the washroom so they waited for me" I lied.

Dick and Korey looked at me with shocked expressions. Ms. Prince looked at me for a sec and then at them. Korey nodded at her. "Yes, that's exactly what happened Ms. Prince! Me and Dick would never skip your class. Right, Dick?". Dick just nodded his head with a cocky smirk on his face. "Yeah, wouldn't miss it for the world" He said sarcastically.

Ms. Prince looked at me. "What's your name, boy? I've never seen you in this school before". I sighed as I saw even Korey and Dick looked interested in who I am, though the former was more interested than the latter. "My name is Delsin. Delsin Rowe. Today's my first day here in Jump City High" I said.

Ms. Prince smiled. "Oh! You're Delsin?! Well, follow me. You too, Korey and Dick" she said as she started moving to her class. I was about go after her when Dick put his hand on my shoulder. "Yeah? What is it?" I asked. "I'm not really good with these types of things....so I'll cut to the chase...I owe you now so what do you want? Money? Help with girls?".

That question threw me off. "W-W-What?! N-No! No!". Korey nudged him in his stomach. "What he means to say is thank you! You totally saved our asses! Come on, let's go to class" She said as she pulled me along with Dick. Once we were in the class, I saw a lot of nameless faces.

'The class was full' I thought as I saw Dick and Korey fill in two seats in the back. "Class, this is our new student, Delsin Rowe. Say good morning Delsin". Then the class echoed a half assed 'good morning'. I just waved my hand. "Yeah....hi!" I said. "Delsin, please sit beside....Rachel!" the teacher said as she pointed to to this purple headed girl who looked away and blushed.

'She thought she hid it well but I saw it...' I thought. I just sighed and sat in my designated seat. I have no intensions for a girlfriend. At least not right now. I at least want to settle in first before even scanning the local babe scene.

As the class was droning on about some colonies, I wasn't even paying attention. I just zoned out, looking out the window which so happened to be by my desk. I unfortunately felt eyes on me and I turned my head to Rachel who just looked away. "Is something wrong?" I whispered to her.

"N-Nothing! I was just looking out the window too. Don't mistake it for me looking at you" she whispered back in a cold tone. I raised an eyebrow at her as I finally got a good look at her. The girl wasn't ugly. Far from it actually. She had nice violet eyes that matched her blouse with jeans and black boots. She had pale skin that made her look like the moon itself.

"Alright. My bad....." I said not even bothering myself with her and turn my attention back outside. "Hey....psst! You with the hat!" a random person called. I turned my attention back to him. "What is it?" I asked. "Jinx sent this for you....you're lucky. It's rare for guys to talk to her, let alone her talk them" he said as he handed me a note.

I raised my eyebrow as I took the note from his hand. "Okay......who's Jinx?". The guy pointed to her in the back of the class to see this girl with pink hair like Korey's but she kept it in pig tails. The girl was actually stunning but she looked more of the bad girl type. She wore a small leather jacket with a white shirt underneath. She had short shorts on but had pantyhose on with tall boots.

She looked my way and winked at me. I slightly nodded my head and opened the note to read it.

'You're pretty cute. Wanna hang out after class? Maybe we can skip a couple of class? What do ya say, Rowe?

I closed the note and looked her way and nodded slightly. Next was lunch anyway so I'm not tripping. We'll chill then. Jinx nodded in approval and turned my attention to the teacher who was talking about an assignment. But in my peripheral vision I thought I saw Rachel scowl at me.
