I was fooling around with an antique pocket watch that had been passed down my from ancestors for who knows how long.
I was just adjusting the watch in hopes that it would match with the current time here in America.
For some weird reasons, the needles of the watch starting turning backwards continuously itself.
I'm not surprised at all, honestly. This has to be one of Layla's dirty prank. She had always been a prankster ever since I met her.
I went down to look for her. She must've been desperate for some kind of attention.
I had always been a very careful person,sure. But today, I was brought to the level of annoyance with Layla that I didn't put in much concentration at where my feet landed.
It all happened really fast, a few seconds ago I could feel the floor hit against my feet. Now, I was flying through the air like the dumbass I am and landed at the bottom of the stairs.
I hate my life. My head hit the very corner of the stairs. The next thing I knew, everything turned black, exactly how I see my future.
