1 The murder or harm of any person or creature of royal decent is forbidden.
2 The murder or harm of any sacred being including that of a Seraphim, Astrid, or Galen is forbidden.
3 The possession and or distribution of Onyx in any form is forbidden.
4 The practice of blood magic in any form, by any being, is forbidden.
5 All executions must be unanimously decided upon and carried out by the Medomai, or shall be seen as unlawful.
Any person or creature suspected or accused of an infraction of the High law will stand and face judgement before the Medomai. If found guilty, the punishment for any and all crimes stated above is death.
