"This is....well....exactly what it looks like." Sasuke awkwardly explains to Shingen, who just walked into the room completely unaware of the chaos inside.

Shingen slowly nods as he surveys more of the room. Your room is a mess, simply put. It's been made into a mini-battlefield so Sasuke could teach you some fighting techniques. There are chairs on their sides to represent bases, books piled up for towers, and pillows thrown around to act as grenades. In the moment Shingen walked in, you were kneeled behind your base chair and planning for a counter attack. Meanwhile, Sasuke stood a few feet from your base in a ninja pose. To be more specific, he had his lower body in a lunge, his left arm forward for protection, and his right arm brandishing a sword slightly pulled back from his face. A real fantastic moment for your husband to walk in.

Despite the sudden interruption, neither you nor Sasuke moved a centimeter from your positions. This battle proved too serious to casually forget about because Shingen walked in.

"May I ask....why?" Shingen asks, "I mean, my wife is hiding behind that chair." He motions in the direction of your base chair. His eyebrows are raised in concern, and his face covered with confusion. You would normally find it extremely cute, but your emotions are torn between serious and embarrassed at the moment.

Sasuke glanced at you for help, but you shook your head. Looking back at Shingen and standing up straight, he sighs, "Well, y/n asked if I could show her some ninja and battlefield moves. So, I figured a demonstration would be the best way to learn."

Shingen's head whips over to you, "Love, you didn't ask me? I know plenty of moves I could teach you......both for battle and off battle." He winks, causing your stomach to flutter a bit. You've been married about a year now, and he still had you feeling as if you'd just fallen for him every day.

"Uhm," You stutter out, "I thought that maybe I could surprise you. Sasuke and I have been practicing for a few days now, and I'm actually getting slightly better at it."

Sasuke intervenes, "She's actually very good for just having been introduced to the art." You open your mouth to protest, but he shoots you a daring look. Yeah, you've been getting kind of better, you'll admit, but you weren't that good, were you?

Shingen beams, "Since the surprise is already spoiled, can I see some moves?" He looks like a giddy school kid, a face you especially hate to turn down.

You shyly smile and motion for him to sit down in the singular upright chair next to the door. His smile only grows bigger as he jumps into the seat.

You turn to Sasuke, "Can I see the sword please?"

He scoffs, "Only if you promise not to actually cut yourself or me.....again."

"I promise." Biting your lip, you stick your pinky in the air and wait for Sasuke to give up the sword. After staring you down for a few seconds, he smirks and tosses you the sword. You catch it with ease, but you could've sworn you saw Shingen wince.

"He's joking, I swear." You reassure Shingen. He relaxes slightly, but stays on his guard in case he has to save the situation. Turning back to Sasuke, you grin, "Lets do Ninja Number Five."

Sasuke nods, so you move back into your crouch behind your chair. He moves back to his base chair, awaiting the ready symbol from you. You lift up the ready signal of three fingers so he knows you're ready. Shingen's gaze flickers between both of your bases with anticipation.

You quietly listen for any brustling or floor movements from Sasuke moving about your fake battlefield. At first, there is absolutely no sound, but then a certain creak arises from the floor. You know that the creak came from the center, only to the left a little. Knowing that Sasuke would move away from the noise in a split second, you snap up from behind your chair and lunge towards Sasuke's semi-low position a few feet away from where the noise was. You have to bounce off a few other sideways chairs to make it exactly to him, but you manage to pull it off the best you ever had. It's probably due to your husband watching you with an eagle eye from the side.

Before Sasuke has the chance to move, you shove the stack of books he was behind away and leap on top of him. Slamming his chest to the ground and knocking the air out of him, you swiftly use your left leg to catch his legs from moving, place your right foot on his stomach, and hover the sword about an inch away from his neck. Sasuke's face is covered with both shock and impressed, as the cold blade lingers on his neck.

You smirk, "How was that, teach?"

Before Sasuke can regain his breath to respond, Shingen leaps up with enough enthusiasm for an entire army. "That's my wife! Kill him, babe!"

You jump off of the still shocked Sasuke all the way into Shingen's arms. He engulfs you in a hug and swings you around in a circle. When he finally puts you down, you two share a quick, but passionate kiss before he steps back to admire you.

"How is my wife so much more badass than me?" Shingen exclaims, staring into your eyes with a fiery gaze.

Brushing your shoulders, you take a step back, "It's just my style, I suppose." He laughs and quickly kisses your cheek.

"Well, I love it. Please keep it." Shingen begs with a mischievous smile.

You narrow your eyes, "How would you like to see more of it in some of those lessons you want to teach me?" He sweeps you off your feet into his arms before another word is said. You're both out the door in a second, but Sasuke still lays on the floor.

"Yup, nope. I'm doing fantastic, guys! Thanks for asking!" Sasuke pants in slight anger with his fist in the air. Shaking his head, he wears a proud smile, "Good job, my ninja in training."
