He ran into the cave out of breath yelling into the darkness almost Pitch black besides for the entrance. He yelled and yelled yet there was no reply,he kept yelling for so long hoping almost crying with frustration. Jim finally said
"Fine! I give up!" And starts to leave but just as he was almost out the voice said "I didn't give you the power to just give up!"
Jim stopped and without looking into the darkness said "why"
"Why what?" Said the voice
"You tricked me just to get a laugh just to see me get to the top and fall!! You made me think I was handsome it was all a lie!" He said almost yelling into The void.
"I did you a favour Jim. I made you work harder for what you wanted" the voice said
"You tricked me!" Jim yelled almost in tears
"I gave you will to push yourself to get what you wanted" the voice said very annoyed.
It went back-and-forth for a while in the voice finally said "I told you that you will be regrets and you cut me off! Saying "it doesn't matter what the cost is. I'll do anything" you said that didn't you Jim."
"Yes...I did" Jim said worried.
"You should let people finish speaking next time I might of told you what the cost was" the voice said.
"W-what is the cost?" Jim said very worried
"Your soul is mine. You have 24 hours before I come and collect what is mine Jim handsome,Goodbye for now" The voice said.
