The subject of a sentence is the person (or thing that the sentence is about).
A pronoun is a word that replaces a noun.
Singular
First person:
Eng: I
Fre: Je
Second Person:
Eng: you
Fre: Tu/Vous*
Third person:
Eng: He/She/It
Fre: Il/ Elle
Plural
First Person:
Eng: We
Fre: Nous
Second person:
Eng: You
Fre: Vous
Third person:
Eng: They
Fre: Ils/Elles
*Tu is Informal while Vous when used in the singular form is Formal
