It's just the same as last year, nothing to worry about.

That was what Anna told herself over and over again. It was intended to calm her nerves, but it had the opposite working. Overly stressed she tried to find her way through the crowd of students.

Only a few minutes ago she had gotten a map of the university, so normally she would be able to find her way around. The only thing preventing that was her abnormally bad sense of orientation.

All her life long she had been so bad at it that now she got anxious just thinking about it. If you ever want to get her totally stressed out; put her in a car in a crowded city or on the highway and let her give you directions. This was nowhere near as stressful as that, but still it made her feel a bit unsteady.

There were only a few minutes left before her first class started. The last thing she wanted, was to attract too much attention on her first day, so she better hurried. While she was walking through the halls Grayson popped into her head, partly because she needed his help and partly because she wanted to see him again.

Even though she wanted to call him she didn't. If Stacy knew she had his number, she would freak out. Anna was kind of regretting lying to her, because it will be way worse if she finds out later, but still. It also wouldn't have been smart to tell her the truth, that was like painting a target on her own back.

Completely lost in thought, Anna just walked around without thinking about where she was going, which resulted in her not knowing where she was.

Luckily, she wasn't the only one there, so she decided to ask someone for help. Now she only needed to figure out who she would ask. There was a big group of guys and girls... not even an option ; too many people and too many ways to humiliate yourself.

Then she saw a girl who looked quite friendly, good enough. Right before Anna was going to ask her the way to classroom number 104, the girl took her phone and started calling someone. Slowly the crowd disappeared until there were only a few people left.

Stop bitching around and just go talk to someone.

One last look around the hall before she went up to a guy that looked the same age as her. He had dark blond hair with little curls and a welcoming smile. He looked approachable. "Hi, sorry, but do you maybe know where International and European law is taught?" He looked a bit taken back from her question. "Hmm?" "International and European law," she said smiling brightly.

"Oh, yeah, right. Just go right at the end of this corridor and then it is one of those classrooms, I think." "Oh, thank you very much." She said and started to walk away. "I'm Miles by the way." She turned around and half-yelled. "Anna, nice to meet you." And then she hurried to her classroom because she was already late.

Classroom 104: International and European law

There it was. Slowly, so she wouldn't draw too much attention, she opened the door. The classroom was nothing like the classrooms she was used to. It was an auditorium   full of people. There were at least a hundred students walking around, trying to find a place to sit.

A little bit unsure were to sit, she stood at the top of the auditorium, scanning the room. When her eyes fell on a particular, handsome boy with dark brown hair, she smiled. Grayson was waving at her and motioning for her to come and sit with him.

She was not sure whether that was a good idea or not, but his smile decided for her. It looked so sincere that she could not, not sit with him. And it was not like she couldn't be friends with him, she just couldn't flirt with him. Not that she wanted that, just hypothetical.
