Supernatural: Hocus Pocus Witch Hunt

Chapter 3

They go up the steps of the next house. "You should've punched them, like Dean did." grumbled Dani. "They would have killed me." Max argued. "At least you would have died like a man." said Dani. "Hey! You just humiliated me in front of half the guys at school! So collect your candy and get out of my life!" shouted Max. "I wanna go home! Now!" cried Dani, storming off. "Dani! Wait!" Sam said rushing after her. Dean grabs Max's arm. "What're you standing around for, go after your sister and apologize to her!" said Dean. Max and Dean head for the house Dani had ran off to. She was sitting in a pile of hay, crying; Sam was sitting next to her. Max and Sam switch places. "Dani, I'm sorry...it's just that I hate this place. I miss all my friends. I wanna go home." Max said. "Well, this is your home now, so get used to it." Dani replied. The two make up after Max jump-scares Dani, making her laugh.

Max and Dani face the house they were in front of. "Whoa!" they both said. "Wow." Sam and Dean said standing next to them. "Check out this house." said Max. "It's huge!" added Dean. "Ah, rich people. They'll probably make us drink cider and bob for apples." said Dani. "Not to mention, they have king-sized candy bars." said Sam. "I'm down for that." said Dean. The four of them agree to check out the house. They go inside and see a large cauldron of candy, of which Sam and Dani immediately dig into. "Max Dennison." said a voice from upstairs. "Allison!" Max said looking up the stairs. Allison is in a Victorian-style dress. "Oh, Allison, huh?" Dani teased. Max gives his sister a glare.

Dean steps in between Max and Allison. "Hey, the name's Dean Winchester." he said flirting. "Hello, nice to meet you, Dean." Allison replied. "I thought you weren't into Halloween?" she questioned Max. "I'm not, I'm just taking my little sister, Dani, around." answered Max. "Well that's nice." commented Allison. "I always do it." said Max. "My parents made him." Dani said. Max jabs his sister with his elbow. "I'm taking my little bro, Sammy, around too." Dean said giving his brother a one-armed side-hug. "It's Sam!" Dani and Sam corrected. "Also, I had to beg him and promise him a portion of my candy." said Sam. Dean does the same thing Max did to his sister. Allison offered them cider; Max and Dean accepted, Dani and Sam declined. "Thanks." Max said after Allison handed him a cup of cider. "So, um, how's the party?" he asked. "Boring. It's just a bunch of my parent's friends. They do this every year. I've got candy duty." Allison answered. "By the way, Dani, Sam, I love your costumes." she said to the kids. "Thank you. I really like yours too. Of course, I couldn't wear anything like that because I don't have any...what do you call them, Max...yaboos?" replied Dani. Max and Dean choke on their drinks while Sam giggles.

Allison also laughs at what Dani says. "Max likes your yaboos. In fact, he loves 'em." Dani said giving her brother an evil grin. Allison and Dani then get into a conversation about the Sanderson Sisters. "Well, why don't we go to this old Sanderson house?" suggested Max. Dani shakes her head 'no', Sam and Dean exchange worried looks. "Well come on, make a believer out of me." Max said to Allison. "Okay, let me change. They'll never miss me." said Allison. She leaves upstairs; Dani grabs Max's arm and pulls him down. "Max, I'm not going up there. My friends at school told me all about that place. It's weird." said Dani. "Dani's right, it's not safe." Sam said. "I'm with them on this one, bad idea." said Dean. With some heavy-duty begging, Max convinced Dani to go with him to the witches' house. Sam and Dean tagged along to make sure no one did anything stupid.
