The Text Message

Chapter 6

Weeks had past, Taylor and Liam were closer than ever. They talked about all things that just came into their head. There was one touchy subject however, and it was love.

Taylor always has had a huge thing for Liam, but it was never like this. This love was something more to her. He actually felt the same back.

As for Liam, he was about to say goodbye to Sophia. She was going to stay with her parents for a while, and there, she had a plan to find out who Taylor really was.

Sara Grace ran through the door or her best friends, eggar to get to the fair. Today was the day for the talent show. This is what they have been planning for weeks together and that were excited more than anything to see their star-crossed lovers.

Neither of the girls have told the other they were talking to Liam Payne or Harry Styles. They kept it a secret for the fact that they were scared the other would spill it on the internet and ruin the pop star.

Taylor was dressed in a pink sundress that had a bow in the back. Her brown hair was curled and stuck a matching pink bow in. Sara Grace was in light blue, almost a sea blue, pants and a white sleeveless shirt that's hem was a little Lacey and loose. They both wore their lucky necklaces and looked at each other through the mirror. They were ready.

As they arrived to the fair they could see they would have a big crowd. The bigger the better. Liam sent one last text to Taylor, "I'm on the south end waiting/hiding if you want to meet" he said. Taylor left her friend and ran straight there.

"I'm here" she texted back and looked around. Then he walked out from behind a building and saw her. His eyes lot up and he was in awe about how gorgeous she was.

Their eyes met and they could feel sparks fly. She slowly walked up to him and introduced herself.

"Are you in the talent show?" he asked, touching her arm a bit.

"Yes," Taylor responded, still couldn't believe it.

They talked for a few more minutes then said their goodbyes. They had a date for that evening after.

The talent show was long this year. Sara Grace was running around crazy backstage nervous. What if she couldn't hit the high note? What if she makes herself a fool out of herself In front of One Direction, which included the man she was in love with.

Taylor showed up minutes after. She comforted her friend and helped her practice it before...

TAYLOR KALT

Taylor gave Sara a nervous look but Sara Grace smiled. She had faith her best friend. She always did.

Taylor started the song "Good Enough" by little mix and was doing amazing. Her eyes locked into Liam's near the end of the song, as if it was meant for him. Liam felt bad and started to cry. The other boys did to. They loved what Taylor had brought to the show.

As Taylor walked off the last person was to go and that was Sara Grace.

Sara Grace walked on stage as the music started. She sang and was nervous. Her eyes met Harry's again, however and things changed. She was no longer scared. She got into the song and even took her hair down like Elsa had done in frozen. He hit the high note better than the original singer.

As the song ended she walked back to Taylor who was almost in tears "you were so amazing," she said.

"So were you," said Sara Grace who was out of breath. She hugged her best friend.

"You deserve to win," said Sara. Taylor didn't say anything and just hugged her best friend.

One Direction had gone off to judge. It was in a torn vote however. Harry and Niall both wanted Sara Grace. Liam and Louis wanted Taylor. It was Zayn's final vote. However, the Bradford British boy could not decide between the two. They asked if they could have 2 winners and the committee who puts the talent show said yes.

As one direction made their way to the stage, Sara Grace and Taylor held each others hands tight. They wanted to hear one of their names called.

Both of their names were called.

Sara Grace and Taylor jumped for joy. Sara even did a backflip on the stage and laughed hard. Harry came up behind her and gave her a tight hug. Neither one of them left that position.

Taylor made her way to Liam, who's strong arms wrapped around her waste and hugged her.

"You were fantastic," he said. His deep voice ringing in her ear.

Taylor nodded and looked into his eyes, "we are still on for tonight?" She nervously asked.

"I wouldn't miss it," Liam said again and kisses her cheek letting her go.

Taylor went to go find where her best friend had went off to, but alas, young Sara Grace and Harry were in the back of the stage, doing what both had longed for a long time. A kiss.

Taylor soon gave up and waited back at the car. she was ready for the date. She was excited. She was stealing the heart of Liam Payne.
