Hello everyone! So I originally wrote this story on a different account, but I felt like I needed to start fresh (I also forgot my password) and I began this two years ago. Anyway! I'm happy to retry this, and I can't wait to see how this ends!

"Is that all you've got?" the young boy said while swinging his sword aggressively at the Silent Knight, "I can do this all day."

The boy couldn't see it, but the Silent Knight rolled it eyes to the back of its head thinking, "Child, if I wanted to hurt you your death would've happened a while ago..." it tapped it sword softly against the young boy's sword, "Poor thing, you have no idea what your fighting for. Richard told you I was the enemy to keep you off his tracks. Your just a child how could he send a child to fight his battles?" A sigh slipped from the Knights lips, the poor kid was giving his all fighting to the point where he looked as if he'd pass out from exhaustion, meanwhile the Knight hadn't broken a sweat.

The boy had to be fifteen maybe sixteen, he had long curly red hair, a tan complexion with acne everywhere, a small round nose, and was regular height. He held his sword awkwardly, as if he'd only had training for a month so not yet confident in his skill, his armor was too big and hung loosely around his thin torso, he didn't have a shield, no armor for his lower half or head, and worst of all he looked terrified as if he knew he was a lamb put up for slaughter, a micro piece for a cruel game of chess.

"I will avenge Princess Morgan death by defeating you! I AM THE CHOSEN ONE!" he yelled while he shook with fear and anger, a single tear rolled down his eye, he swung his sword as hard as he could, "I WILL DEFEAT YOU!"

"I can't hurt him." The Silent Knight jumped quickly to the side while the boy swung his sword, and reached into its pouch. Pulling a handful of magical dust out of its pouch, it blew it into the boy's face causing him to pass out within seconds. "Poor thing, you should be at home with your mother living a normal life, instead you're being drug into a war you don't understand."

The Silent Knight left the boy knowing that Richard would have guards nearby to make sure the deed was done properly or to bring the child home and report the news to his mother. The Knight began to run as fast as it could, anger rushed throughout its body, "How dare he?! Lying to a child. Putting the innocent in danger to save his hind! When did Richard become a coward? This isn't how Heniak rulers act!" Each second caused more anger and the more anger caused it to run faster. Finally it came to a stop at a hill covered in moss and dead leafs, slamming its foot on the ground six times a small door buried beneath everything flung up from the ground.

A beautiful tiny girl's face emerged from the door smiling happily, "Come in quickly!" the Knight slid in. "So who's the chosen one?" the girl said smiling.

Taking off its helmet, and holding it at its side, "A child. He had to be fifteen, he was terrified. I can't believe it Lola, Richard sent a child for slaughter."

Lola's stone gray eyes grew huge, "What a coward. If he was half the king he claimed to be he would come after you himself." her eyes began to swell with tears, "The biter is okay, correct? You didn't hurt him?"

Lola had thick wavy ginger hair, a pale complexion that had freckles everywhere, a small round nose, and a wide bright smile. She was very short and small due to the fact that she is a fairy, unlike angels, she can pull her wings into her back making her look like a human, but when she lets them out they're long, pointed up ward, and transparent with a little hint of forest green in them.

"Yes, Lola. I would never hurt an innocent person, mostly a child." the Silent Knight said while they continued walking the underground tunnels. "How were the biters today?" it asked while there was a silent moment.

Lola beamed, her love for little ones has always been over flowing, "They were great today! Some of the newer ones are still struggling, but I expected that after what they've just gone through," She looked down sadly as though she could feel their pain at that very second.

The biters are orphans, when the Whispering Warriors come through towns after King Richard has sent guards there to 'protect them' and they've gone, the Whispering Warriors search for orphans trying to make sure they have a safe place to call home, and where they can be themselves. The most recent batch was two littles kids that had they're house burned down because their parents didn't have enough money to pay taxes.

Once the Silent Knight and Lola reached the end of the tunnel they entered a large room that was full of people, the refuges, everyone was peacefully doing their own thing, some sat in corners reading books, others talked to each other, parents sat on the floor chatting with one another while holding a child. This was how the kingdom of Heniak was supposed to be. Peaceful, happy, a family, and content.

"Morgan!" a young man shouted, "Come and tell us of this 'Chosen one'." He said smiling happily at her presence.

The Silent Knight and Lola came to him, "Saul, it was a child." She whispered to him and their friend Judas the angel.

Both their eyes went wide, "A child?" Judas whispered as if he heard her incorrectly.

She nodded, "He's safe, but I'm worried for him. What lies are they telling him? He, like everyone else besides my bother, believes I was murdered by the Silent Knight."

Judas smiled softly, "Too bad that you are the Silent Knight." Judas has honey brown hair, icy blue eyes, a pointed nose, a strong jawline, a mischievous smile, olive colored skin, and strong white feathered wings that touched the floor. "I mean that messes up the idea that you were murdered."

Saul cut his eyes at Judas, "Enough. Let her finish." Saul has walnut brown hair, hazel eyes, a small round nose, a gentle smile, and a soft tan. "You don't have to make a joke."

"It's okay, Saul. Anyway, we've at least figured out one thing." Morgan said thoughtfully.

"And what's that?" Saul replied.

"We know that Richard could care less who dies as long as he's king he's happy." Lola answered angrily.

"That's correct. My brother has become so dead set on having me killed that he'll go as far as sending children to kill me, because he knows I won't harm them." Morgan replied.

"What's next undercover spies?" Lola whispered, "To bad that's impossible seeing as we never let anyone join unless they get through us first. Everyone knows that the Whispering Warriors are impossible to get through if you're trying to hide something."

Judas nodded thoughtfully, "She's right, at this point Richard would do anything to have you dead."

"Well he's been trying to kill me since we were seventeen, we're twenty now and I'm very much alive, so he's not doing that great." Morgan answered with a bitter tone.

"There's nothing we can do at this very moment so why don't we all get rest, we have a full day ahead of us." Saul said to everyone.

"Agreed," Lola mumbled, "I have to tend to the biters tomorrow, and they're struggling so they need all the attention I can offer."

So they all branched off into their own directions to have the rest of their nights to themselves.

Thank you for barring with me through this first chapter. If you have any questions I'll gladly answer them!
