PROLOGUE
The priests of Rathma, practitioners of dark magic, shunned and hated by most people, remained uncorrupted by the evil that consumed the land. So-called dark sorcerers, infamous for raising the dead, using powerful curses and using the demons’ strengths against their enemies, were disgracefully referred to as the Necromancers.
Despite them being misunderstood and distrusted, they joined the cause to destroy Diablo and all of his minions by their desire to restore the natural balance between Order and Chaos. The Necromancers sent one of their very best to aid the Sisters of Sightless Eye, the rogues in reclaiming the monastery, their home, and slaying the evil demoness, Andariel.
