Falling For Him

*** Flashback ***

I up to my phone ringing. I looked at the time and it was at 3:43 in the morning.

Who would be calling me at 3:43 in the morning I thought. I looked at the contact and saw "his" name.

"Melanie. Come pick me up from Jason's party right now"

"Its 3:45 a.m. Why don't you sleep over at one of your friends house?"

"Because I don't want to. Now come and pick me up right now please"

"Okay okay. I'll be there as soon as I can."

"Yeah cool. Hurry up. Don't keep me waiting for too long"

I went down and grabbed dad's car keys and wore my Vans and slipped a jacket on. It was cold outside and sneaked out of my house as quietly as possible. I could not let dad find out I drove since I recently got my learner's permit.

I left our house and drove for a good 15 minutes around the block trying to find him and when I finally found him, I rushed up to him.

It was one of those parties that all his friends also went to though our parents stopped them but them being teenage boys became rebels and still went.

It was an illegal party with large amounts of drugs being used and lots and lots of alcohol being drunk. Bur he still went because it was the so called "cool" party and there were college students.

It took me around 5 minutes to find where he was. I went in and the place reeked of beer and vodka.  There were alcoholic college students around me and that was making me really uncomfortable.

"Mel *hiccup* anie... I want to tell you something really important. You promise me you won't tell a soul." he slurred.

He was definitely drunk. He couldn't be trusted in such a state. He wouldn't know what he was talking about and I did not want to hear something we would both regret soon.

I needed to get him home as fast as I could.

Our house was a 10 minutes drive from there and I took the wrong turn so it took longer to reach home but when I was close to our house, all of a sudden I saw a bright light coming towards us and the last think I remember is something warm flowing down my face before my eyes shut close and I saw black.
