Appa (Seokmin x Reader)

"Minseok! Are you finish and cleaning your room?"
You asked him as you finish cleaning up the master's bedroom as Seokmin look after Minah.

It was already around 11am and still you aren't finished with the chores. You didn't notice the time and forgot to prepare lunch.

"I'm almost done, Mommy." your son answered, still busy ruffling around his room.

You went out of the room and went to Seokmin who's at the living room with Minah.

"Babe, maybe we can order outside for lunch," you told him as you sat down beside him, "I lost track of time, I'm sorry."

Seokmin kissed your temple as he was holding Minah, "Hey, it's fine. Didn't I told Minseok we'll head out today?"

You were taken a back at what he said. "Wait, are we really going out for real? Seokmin, it's risky."

"Don't worry too much, okay?" he said, "I know this restaurant where me and the members usually eat. It's safe there."

You were uneasy of what he planned, but still trusted him. Knowing Seokmin, he won't rush decisions if he hadn't planned it for a time.

You nodded and hugged him and Minah who's being all giggly.

"Okay then. Let's get ready" he said and kissed you one more time.

"You really like kissing me, don't you?" you told him as you took Minah from his arms.

He kissed you again in the lips, "I like doing lots of things with you, you know th-"

"Okay Minah, let's get you dressed up and leave Daddy there." you cut him and walked slowly to the bathroom to get ready.

Seokmin smiled as you walk away from him.

What a tease.

He thought but quickly neglected it and went to check on his son. He saw Minseok who is at the last part of cleaning: his table. Seokmin always checks the details of his son's room. He always see bunch of photo albums on his desk, but he didn't know what are the pictures in it. Not wanting to creep or startled his son, he knocked at the door though it was open.

"Minseok? Can i enter?" he asked.

"Of course daddy. You don't need to ask." Minseok smiled as he continue fixing the albums. Seokmin sat at the bed as he watched his son cleans his desk.

"I think I never asked you what's in those albums, right?" he said to Minseok.

His son looked at him and smiled. He picked up a blue album, his favorite one. He then sat beside his father and handed it to him.

Me and Daddy

Seokmin saw the cover of the albums engraved with these words.

"Mommy helped me make it." Minseok said. As Seokmin held the album in his hand, Minseok slowly opened it. He showed his father pictures of them when he was still a baby. Some of the pages are screenshots of video calls of them after Seokmin's schedule.

"Mommy printed it out for me because I always ask her for your photos." Minseok laughed, "She said to look at the photos if I miss you."

Seokmin's attention was diverted to his son. He saw the happiness and sadness in his eyes. It hurts him to see his son going through this. He's still young yet he's so understanding. He closed the album and hugged his son.

"Minseok, I'm sorry... Daddy is sorry." he said.

Minseok hugged him back. "It's okay, Daddy. I understand, " he said, "I just, i miss you, Daddy."

No words were said after that. Minseok was genuinely happy with his dad being here right now. Same as Seokmin.
