You were surprised: 'Ethan! Finally! How do you feel?!' You hugged him without thinking. He was surprised too: 'Where am I? What am I doing here?' You explained everything to him and Ethan listened carefully and without saying a word. He looked a little bit upset: 'I remember...' You frowned and looked at him. 'What's wrong?' He took a deep breath and explained everything. '...When I saw you and Grayson kissing I felt so stupid. How can a girl/boy like you...I mean...Grayson always gets the pretties girls/ most handsome boys, so why would you like me? I ran to the lake, I don't even know how I did that without a stop. I sat down next to the lake and I don't remember what happened next'. You looked down: 'I hate to say this but, Grayson kissed ME and I was a little bit drunk so I realized it too late. I pushed him away and he went home. I did that because I love YOU and not Grayson. I want YOU, I don't care about how many girls/boys you had'. He checked you out and smiled: 'You're still wearing that beanie I gave you?...' You nodded and smiled. 'So, y/n. I just wanted to say that I love you too. I really like being with you and...I've never met someone like you. I love you y/n'. You both leaned over and you kissed each other on the lips. It was an intense and long kiss. He put his hands on your lower back and one just behind your ear. He pulled you on the small hospital bed and before you knew you were laying next to him. You kept on kissing and while your hands were in his hair and on his jawline. You stopped kissing for a second and smiled at each other. 'Y/n, thank you for helping me'. You were very close to his face. He kissed you on the forehead but then Grayson came in. 'Candice forgot something in her car so she...' Grayson looked at you and swallowed.
